Dress was beautiful, lots of compliments!

The body fit very well, I have average hips, smallish waist and broad shoulders. It runs short, I very seldom ever encounter a dress that is almost too short but in this case, I don't worry about tripping. I wish I could find this dress in a beautiful jewel tone color.

It fit! I would have liked it to be a little longer, but it fit. The hem didn't look finished. Although after taken a closer look it was stitched around the the bottom. It was a little big in my hips. i could most likely wear a 10 if I didn't have a stomach. That isn't completely unusual for my body shape. Over all I would try this again. Not a bad experience, for ordering dress on line without trying it on.

I rented this dress for a black tie gala. The dress was very pretty, a good length even with 3" heels, but the waist area was bigger than expected and the cut there was too roomy for me. When I sat it had folds of extra fabric in my lap that I hid under my dinner napkin. When standing you could see that the waist didn't curve in much leaving extra space around my waist/hips. In that area it looked like a size too big for me. The shoulder and underarm area though fit like a size 4.

I had a difficulty with my original dress becoming unavailable at the last moment so RTR sent this dress for me to try in its place. I didn't really like the material in the photos online, however, it wasn't as "reptilish" when i actually tried it on. It really hugged my body nicely and I wouldn't have minded wearing it, except I was going to a black tie wedding and wanted a "softer" material like lace to wear. I am 5'0 and this dress actually fit my heighth well when I wore my 4 inch heels, but the slip under it seemed longer than the actual dress and I couldn't get it to stop showing. It might just have been the particular dress I had, but overall this dress fits well for a curvy body.

I really liked this dress, however it is SHORT. If you're over 5', order the long if you plan on wearing heels. It also runs a bit big, and the arm hole was little tight.

The dress ran true to size but it was extremely short! I am 5'3" and would have had to wear flats with it and it still wouldn't have touched the ground. If you are over 5" order a long. Also fabric wasn't as shiny as in photo online.

I am barely 5'1 and this dress was short on me. I wore my backup dress which I'm very thankful I had!

Overall the dress fit well but it was about 6 inches too short. I am only 5'5" so I'm not sure if it was just the dress I received or if that is how it typically runs. That said, I was glad I ordered a back up because I was unable to wear the dress.
