Perfect LBD for a wedding very breakfast at Tiffany's

Rented this two days before a wedding when I was in a pinch, the dress was classically pretty and very flattering. I rented the necklace to go with it, unfortunately the necklace fell apart as soon as I opened the box. Overall still a good renting experience.

The dress fit perfectly, not too tight or too loose, and the material was heavy enough to make it comfortable to move around and sit in. The material was breathable and soft, not starchy or scratchy. I needed a light sweater in the evening (low 70s), but otherwise the dress was not too airy, or too heavy that I was warmer than I should have been. I wore spandex shorts underneath for dancing, as the skirt flairs up a bit.

Great fit, comfortable, flattering. The back has an open part in the upper back but it was still work appropriate. You will need a stateless bra.

Rented for work. Just about long enough. I wore a cardigan as I felt like I should hide the back in the office. Would Be great if going out in evening. Will rent again. Beware it's narrow at top so if you wear a normal bra it may show

Very classy and cute little black dress! Thick material but not too heavy. Loved the cut out in the back and the flare at the bottom. Got this in a size 0, and I am usually a size 2, so I recommend getting a size down as a backup.

The fit is perfect! I have a belly pouch that makes people often think im pregnant ... this hides is perfectly! The flair is just in the right place. High quality to, compared to other dresses ive ordered that had a much higher retail price. I dont think ill be sending this back... i need it!

This dress was great for my sisters brunch wedding! It was true to size and great quality fabric. Good length and I was able to wear a regular bra with it.

I ordered in 6 and 8 but decided to wear the 8 because it fit a little better in the bust area....I am busty! The overall fit of the 6 and 8 is very similar. I felt great in this dress, it was comfortable and classic and could be wore dressy or casual.

This dress was the perfect fit! I loved it especially because I could dress it up and dress it down. Loved it just as much with my sneakers as I did heels! Perfect for a #daytonight look - it transitions perfectly from the office to the dinner table. Highly recommend ~

This was my back up dress for my office holiday party. I am so happy I picked this for my back up as it should have been my first. I am about 5'4, small waist, large hips/rear, and average bust. It was perfect for my body type! The dress was very comfortable and I loved the feel of the fabric on my skin. This is my second Halston dress and will rent again!

Rented this for my husband's Christmas party and it was a hit! My husband loved it, I got a ton of compliments and I was comfortable, wins on all accounts! I loved that I could still wear a regular bra without the straps sticking out or getting peek-a-boos from the side view. I ended up going to see The Little Mermaid the same weekend and just changed my jewelry to get double use. Great LBD

You can't go wrong with this LBD. I love everything from Halston Heritage. This little black dress made me feel like Audrey Hepburn. My review should just end there! This dress is perfect to go from the office straight on to a date or formal function. Like all Halston dresses, it's a little stretchy so I would go a size down for a backup. It fits like a glove, hits the waist in the perfect spot, the perfect length (not too longer short-- just past halfway down the thigh), and flows beautifully. I would pair with black heels and either long gold necklace or statement necklace like I'm wearing here. The opening in the back adds just the right amount of "sexy" but not so much so that you need to cover it up at work.

This dress is perfect for dancing as it's incredibly comfortable and has so much movement in the skirt! There's a lot of material for the skirt part so it definitely gave the dress some volume. I loved how the little opening in the back allowed just enough to be sexy but kept the dress classy. I would definitely wear this again!

Classy yet casual! I love this dress because you can either dress it up or dress it down. The plain elegant look of the dress runs true to size, but I recommend going one size down for back-up. Stretchy fabric allows comfortable fir throughout midsection. At 5'3" , this style hit at knee length on me. You can wear this dress to a formal event or just a casual dinner. With great pair of pumps or strappy heels, you will be set for a formal yet a casual!

I wore this dress for head shots. I loved everything about this dress. A stylist at the RTR store found this one for me, after my first choice didn't work out. I probably would never have tried this on otherwise. I would purchase this dress. The material was just heavy enough and flared out just right. The length was perfect for work.

Wore this as a basic LBD for engagement photos. It was super comfortable and fit well. I was even able to wear a normal bra with straps under it with no problems.

It's very flattering everywhere except the arm holes are bigger and slightly lower than usual, so if you have big boobs that sometimes make sleeveless dress arms strain or chubby underarm areas. T Other than that I really think anyone can pull off this shape. Looked great with a belt.

I liked this dress a lot! I always have a problem with length because I'm short but this was the perfect length. I'm in between a 12 and 14 and this was a 14 and was as a little bit snug so I would recommend sizing up just to be sure. There was some gaping at the armholes but I just wore a black bra with it so it was fine.

This was a classic dress with a cute fit for a wedding.

Unfortunately, I had to rent this dress for a funeral but, it served its purpose and fit great! If you need a classic dress for a formal occasion, I recommend this one!

I loved this classic dress by Halston Heritage! Running true to size with some stretch, I recommend wearing your true size for your primary. The style is fitted thought the midsection and loose at the hips. It would work for all cup sizes. You're able to wear a standard bra too! At 5'3" the length hit about mid-thigh. Be advised though that the clasp at the top was a bit hard to do yourself.

This is a flattering dress but there is nothing unforgettable about it. The fit and flare is always nice...no spanx needed!

I loved this dress so much! I probably would have kept it if the price point was a little big lower. The dress was incredibly flattering on my pear shaped frame. I wore it with my Jimmy Choos and received a ton of compliments. Perfect dress!

The smell of RTR dresses a little off putting. I chose this dress over the one I really wanted to wear because the other zipper was broken (and I didn’t get a refund despite asking?!). The cut out at the back is so fun and the whole bodice is darling. The dress is cut quite short but for a party when you’re in your 20s, it was a lot of fun!

I would say this dress is true to size to larger than a usual size 6! I could have sized down to a size 4, and it still would have fit. I loved that I could wear a bra under this dress, but it still had an open back. I loved it, and I would rent it again
