Classic, minimalist black dress but the mesh gives the appearance of a daring cut. Very simple to wear - all you need are large earrings and shoes. It's also comfortable. No issues with anything slipping, underwear lines showing, etc. It's made of fairly thick fabric.

The cut of this dress is on point! Incredibly sexy! It was a bit loose on me in the waist. I am normally a size zero so I recommend getting your size just know the waist might be baggy. I made it work and it wasn't noticeable. You do not have to wear a bra with this. I wore four inch heels and it was the perfect length. The fabric doesn't stretch much but I noticed as the night went on that it felt like it was getting looser on me. It wasn't a big deal. I was stopped all evening getting complemented by everyone. It is a true show stopper.

This beautiful KAUFMANFRANCO takes the classic black tie look to the next level. The sheer detailing really shows off your shoulders and back, giving an illusion of curves and an overall flattering silhouette. Running true to size we recommend sizing down for backup unless you're curvier with a 36D cup or higher, in which case size up. The size 2 fit well, but I would have preferred the size 0 for more fit in the bust. Although this gown has room in the bust, it has minimal support and requires a nubra or no bra. At 5'7" in 4 inch heels the length was a bit short, but would look great with strappy stilettos. Wear your hair up to show off the back and pair with delicate, sleek jewelry.

This dress is unique, comfortable and commands attention! After hours of wearing the dress is stretches a bit but wrinkles very little. The meshing around the neck may be irritating to some and there might be limited mobility due to the very fitted shape; overall such a fun dress to wear and would highly recommend for a formal black tie event or sexier soirée.

I wound up NOT wearing this dress. Only the 8 was available, no size 10. I'm a curvy 150lbs, 34DD. There is some give in the fabric, with Spanx I bet the 10 would look AMAZING! You cannot wear a bra, maybe those adhesive ones to prevent highbeams, but nothing with support. Not good for dancing! Not just because of no bra, but the long column dress is fairly restrictive for movement. Nothing that hampers walking, but I would not be able to dance. Too bad, because it is a VERY elegant and sexy dress! I will keep this in my "hearts" but for a different occasion.

Beautiful dress with a pretty back feature but I ended up not being able to wear it because the regular was too short and RtR doesn't carry this in log sizes.

Nice material and construction - pretty dress and the back detail is cool. Seemed to run large - the mesh back was loose and did not fit flush against my skin which I would have preferred. Was a little loose throughout which made it less flattering than I would have liked. I think if the smaller size had been available that may have worked better. Ended up sending back.

This dress is simple, elegant in the front but unique with the open back. I sized up due to some reviews and the limited size selection available at the time but unfortunately the dress was way too large. I would say the dress runs true to size. Also, material is thinker than expected which worked well for the dress - the fit was very flattering.
