I wore this dress to a rehearsal dinner but it definitely would have been perfect for a wedding. I loved the zipper.

I got a ton of compliments on this dress with the earrings. The peplum was very flattering, the length was not a miniskirt- which was great. And the earrings really made the dress "pop"! I felt pretty and current :)

This was my first dress from RTR. I wore this dress to a fall wedding and it was perfect! The strap did fall down but other than that, a beautiful, fun dress.

I rented this for the Kentucky Derby. I already had my hat so I wanted a black dress to match with a little twist. I loved this because it was feminine, but nothing that would upstage my hat. (how could it?!) I ordered the 2 and the 4, but it fit pretty close to my size. It could be considered a tad big. The strap was a little loose as well, and I have broad shoulders so that was a little surprising. Overall, a great dress.

I thought it fit perfectly - I did have trouble with the shoulder strap falling down quite a bit. I had a little slack in the stomach area but I have a large chest so I wore the 4.

The dress was very comfy and flattering. I received a lot of compliments all night. Easy to dance In. Only complaint is the material, although it was a beautiful soft material, but it easily snagged and wrinkled.

The dress is nice. As the other reviews, the shoulder does fall but I put the tape that was given by RTR and it worked perfectly for the whole day. I would recommend to order a size smaller for a second choice. This experience was delightful and I will be ordering for two more functions I have coming up.

pretty comfortable dress wore it for a wedding on cape cod night time appropriate. the material is very forgiving bc it stretches nicely, however ladies if you are tall 5"7 and 5'10 with heels opted for the next size up for length.

This was a really nice-looking and comfortable dress. It's a classic LBD with a more modern strap and fit. I ordered for a wedding in both the 8 and the 10 - I recently lost about 15 pounds and was hoping to fit into the 8. The 8 fit surprisingly well, even around my chest, but I was nervous with all of the eating and drinking I'd be doing at the wedding, and felt I'd be more comfortable late into the night in the 10. Previous reviews are correct in recommending that you use fashion tape to hold the strap on your shoulder; it began to slip down very quickly. However, I had read all the reviews and so I had tape on hand. The dress itself is clean and elegant, and can either be dressed up or dressed down very easily. That being said, there is a big exposed silver zipper on the back, so make sure you like those kinds of bold details before you order. I have two main gripes. One is probably an issue on every one of these dresses that RTR has - the fabric on the skirt portion of the dress wrinkled very, very easily - luckily I was able to steam it in between the ceremony and reception with some help from the hotel shower! It wrinkled up pretty quickly again, though. Second, in my specific dress, the boning had ripped through the dress and was sticking into my ribs. I almost went back to the 8 for this reason, but I ended up wrapping it in bandaids for the night and I was okay. Overall, a beautiful, comfortable, classy dress.

I rented this for my brother's wedding. It came on Wednesday for the Saturday event but was a little wrinkled so I had to have it pressed first (to be expected). I'm normally a 2 or 4 but ordered the 0 and 2 and wore the 2. Didn't have a problem with the strap unless I was bending down to pick up my sister-in-law's train for pictures. Very comfortable, even had pockets to put my speech in! It does have a very noticeable silver zipper if you pose with your right side showing. It also wasn't as short as I expected it to be based on the picture (a good thing!). I would recommend this dress.

This was a cute dress, appropriate for a wedding or other formal affair. I was worried it would be too big, but fit very well. Like others said the shoulder did slip down throughout the night and as expected wrinkled easily. Overall, pleased with the dress!

I rented this when I was 5 months prego so I didnt end up wearing it because I was way to bloated the day of the event to be showing any sort of skin lol..BUT when I first tried it on it made me feel beautiful and feminine..Its extremely flattering I highly recommend!

This was such a unique dress and so flattering. It had a little flap over the tummy so it could cover my large dinner consumption and the neckline was very flattering as well. The dress material was nice but after getting up after being seated, a bit of wrinkling occured.

LOVE this dress! I'm 5'7", a size 6 with a D chest and this dress fit me like a glove - it fit true to size. I wore this dress from 5pm until 2:30am and it was SUPER comfortable and beautiful! I will say that if I had a smaller chest, I may have had a harder time with filling out the top, but it worked great on me!

I LOVED this dress. I'm 5'5'' & usually wear a 0-2, so I chose both sizes for the order. The 2 fit okay, but like many reviewers have mentioned, the shoulder strap kept falling. I tried on the 0 and it was perfect! I wore with a necklace I also rented from here, and it was a hit. Not to mention, the whole process of the site is beyond easy and convenient. I will definitely be renting again... love not having to dry clean! ;)

I LOVED THIS DRESS! I rented it for an evening wedding. Received tons of compliments. Very flattering. Loved the silver zipper on the side. The shoulder strap did not stay up but hollywood tape did the trick and stuck the whole night. I would recommend it for anyone who might be a little self concsious about their tummy... The ruffle in the middle hides everything. Did I also mention how much I loved the side pockets? So fun! I might have to invest in this dress in the future.

Great dress!! Material was more stretchy and forgiving than I envisioned... ended up wearing a smaller size than expected because the larger one "pouched" in the thigh area. I'm smaller on top -- that fit perfectly. No sleeve falling off for me.

This dress was great! Wore it to an Upper West side New Year's Eve party and felt comfortable throughout. I'm usually a 6, but wore the 4 because the strap of the 6 wouldn't stay on my shoulder; might be because I'm small-chested. The 4 was a bit tight, but it still fit, so all worked out!

The dress was very cute. Definitely true to size. Has some stretch. I prob could've gone a size smaller. The skirt part of the dress was slightly lose on me and got a little wrinkled throughout the evening. Otherwise, it's great for hiding a little tummy (I wore it 16 weeks pregnant and it did the trick!)

I loved this dress! The silver zipper on the side did stick out, but the overall fit of the dress was really great. I didn't have any trouble with the strap falling over, but I do have broader shoulders. Otherwise, fashion tape would keep it in place just fine.

This dress was a little big on me...however it was 2 sizes larger than I normally wear. I ordered it as a back up dress for a cocktail party. They did not have a smaller size available...so I took a shot that it may work. It was loose, but like I said, it was not my size. I would say that it fit as a size 6 would fit. I did notice that even though it was bigger size, it still ran short in the torso area. I have a long torso and cut my body at a funky angle. I would not reccomend it to someone with a long torso. It is a BEAUTIFUL dress though...on the right body type!

This dress was cut smaller than a standard size 10. It looks great on, but it had boning in the body of the dress (I guess to keep the shape), and the boning cut me all night long.

This dress is pretty, but the strap would not stay up. I would recommend this dress for a more formal occasion. I am 5'1 and it was still above the knee but pretty long. The material and quality of the dress is very nice. This dress may look better on taller women.

This dress looks a lot better in the photo. I have an average chestfor someone my build (34B) and am a size 4, it fit everywhere except the strap over the shoulder kept falling down because I didn't fill out the bust area. The zipper on the side is silver and very noticeable, I think by intention but to me it made the dress feel cheap.
