This dress is flattering and professional. Hides my stomach pooch too. I am usually a size 6 in dresses...I am wearing a size 4 in this Nanette Lepore dress, and it fits well. The fit is very forgiving because it is a wrap dress that ties in front. Sizing up or down one size probably won't make too much of a difference.

Rented this for work, runs true to size, I typically wear a 2 but tend to size up with wrap dresses since you can always sinch using the tie. The 4 fit perfectly, not too revealing but also not frumpy. Wore these with over the knee boots and sweater and felt very fall - highly recommend for normal work week attire!

Did not expect to love this dress so much. It's long on my short 5 foot 1 inch frame but otherwise it's perfect. Love the collar, love the stripes, IT HAS SHOULDER PADS, and love the color-scheme. Want to buy it. It's a true wrap dress and fairly low cut - things to note when sizing.

Feels like I'm wearing nothing! So comfy- don't need a bra because I'm flat chested (otherwise would probably advise people with tata's to wear one the cut can be low depending on body type. I want it in a million colors!

This dress was good for my conservative workplace but it didn’t seem like it was worth the retail price. The size 0 runs kind of large and the waist is weirdly high - almost an empire waist.

Originally rented this intending to wear at work. If you were to wear this to work you for sure have to wear a camisole or slip or something under because the v is incredibly low. That being said, it was perfect for a low key date night! Even though the neckline is plunging, it's honestly not too revealing because it lays well against the skin and doesn't move around at all. Feels lovely on and my date approved.

I loved this dress, it's a real wrap and even has shoulder pads! Just beware the wrap can expose a LOT of leg - either when sitting, or when just walking outside if the wind blows - I wore this for an indoor event where I was standing and it was perfect. but not sure I would be able to wear it for anything else.

Super comfortable for work! It really feel like you're wearing a silk robe (and sort of looks like it too). I'd consider the dress more business casual, but I got away with wearing it to court. Unfortunately, the shoulder pads had been removed from the dress that I received, otherwise, it may have looked more formal and chic. Overall, I didn't find the dress to be anything super special, but I'd recommend it as a nice, loose fitting dress to wear to work.

When I rented it I thought it was structured, but it was not. Very easy and flattering material. The inside button did come undone during the day for quite a leg moment. You should put a small safety pin just in case. Also, the blue color does not show up in the pictures well.

Generally a cute work dress. That being said, beware the shoulder pads!! Why they are there, I couldn't tell you, but it's something I feel you ladies should know. Runs true to size in the body, had no problems buttoning on the inside to keep the wrap wrapped, BUT who's boobs are fitting in this?!?! Larger busted ladies beware! A cami was a must!!

Just okay. It's a wrap dress, with a button close on the inside then typical tie close. It easily blew wide open in the wind and when I sat at my desk, so I might recommend wearing with stockings. I had wished I wore it with black stockings and booties. The collar was cute, clearly very low cut that just won't work if you have any kind of chest

This dress is fine, but I felt old because I swear I wore something like this in the early 1990s. The cut has a vintage vibe with the shoulder pads and stripes. On someone younger it might feel fresh. On me it felt like I kept it in my closet too long with my can of aqua net and my caboodle. (Which I hear are back!?!?!) The fit is forgiving, as I had some room in the waist. This one definitely requires a tank or bralette underneath to make up for the large gap up top. Don't plan to walk in a windstorm either, as there's not much wrap around to the skirt and any breeze is risky.

I purchased this dress for work. I knew it ran small because of the reviews I read online, and it does run small in the front. The rest of the dress fits perfectly. I put a black camisole under it, and it was an easy fix. I am thrilled overall, and I know I will get much use out of it. I think it will look really good with black ankle boots. If you are planning on purchasing this or renting this I would size it up.

True to size. Absolutely adorable to wear to work and for a happy hour with friends. Will say for the bustier women out there (myself included) might need to wear a tank top underneath if you wear this to work.

I ordered this dress to wear to work functions, and got tons of compliments when I did. You definitely need a tank underneath it, though, because the neckline plunges a bit more than it looks like it does in the picture. It fit great and didn't feel too baggy on top, which is something that I struggle with given my pear shape.

I wore this to work and during weekends. Looks very stylish. It does show a lot of cleavage, but I fixed that by wearing a dark cami underneath when I wore it to work. Still looked great. Will rent again!

You may need a tank or cami under depending on your bust size and how comfortable you are showing it off. I loved this dress and wore it several times on my unlimited membership. I'd buy it if I could.

Wasn't expecting too much but this dress is very flattering. I didn't know there were shoulder pads and they were a pleasant surprise! Good length, breathable material, and the wrap part buttons on the inside so you won't be adjusting the dress all day.

Great fit and loved the high low affect. I would have purchased this dress however the dress had a tear at the bottom on the seam unfortunately were it meets at the leg. Other than that it would have received a 5 star.

I usually wear a 0 but the suggested size was a 2. I think I probably would have been happier with a smaller size. The neckline was impossible to wear without a tank. Otherwise dress worked out fine.

This is a wrap style dress with a button closure on the inside before it folds over to create the "wrap look." It doesn't wrap far enough in either direction to provide good coverage when doing anything beyond standing. Sitting can be difficult because it falls open. You need to hold it close when walking so a breeze doesn't leave you exposed. It also has a fairly deep v neck, which might not be good for the more blessed.

This dress is very very cute; however the neckline may be too low for offices with a more traditional dress code like mine.

I am a size 8 to 10 depending on the designer. I ordered this in a 10 and it fit just fine. I did have to wear a cami underneath, otherwise, I would have been very inappropriately dressed for work. Additionally, I wore Spanx shorts and had I not, my legs, upper thighs would have been exposed every time I sat down! Received a lot of compliments.

The buttons inside of the wrap are nice but it still was waaaaaay too low cut for my boobs

This was a nice dress but I would not recommend it if you are curvy. The bust was super low cut so I had to wear a cami under it and when I sat down the opening silt in front came way up. If you have more of an athletic build this would be a great dress for you.

Love anything Nanette Lepore makes. The only caveat with this wrap dress is that it is cut quite low in front, so requires some adjustment in the work environment! Beautiful fabric, typical Nanette feminine touch with bow (tie) at waist.
