I liked it more than I thought I would. At first, the inner slip was ill-fitting… like the outer dress layer was too tight… but it straightened out. The open back isn’t an issue because there’s a clip midway down. Oh! And the fabric feels nice! Like cozy soft nice.. not at all how it looks. Magical mermaid vibes for sure. Tight waistline band… snug, not unbearable though. @dawnpriscilla on IG for more views.

If you're in between sizes I would size up! The zipper and waist does not have any stretch at all. I sized up and it was perfect fit. Im 5'3, 150lbs. I carry in my momma belly and breasts and felt well covered. The back is open so it's best without a bra or with stickies. The length was to my ankles so if all are made the same length, taller people may consider this a midi dress. My ONLY gripe... RTR should have us type in what zip code our event is and refuse to rent out the dress twice in the same areas for the same dates. Another guest rented and wore the same dress to the wedding which was a disappointing. There should be a way to avoid that.

For my body type it was a perfect fit and was sooo flattering and sexy while still being very formal. I actually left the back middle clip unclipped so it was more open and loved it w a more backless look. Lots of compliments at the wedding and love the greens 💚

This came with tags on, which always is nice! It was, as other reviewers mentioned fairly snug in the waist, but that works for my body type and I thought it was super flattering -- loved the back on the dress too. I felt elegant but not basic. The fabric had a really cool texture. Received many compliments on the dress, too!

Originally rented to wear for a wedding, but then found second life as a statement skirt for work. Paired with crop sweater, leather belt and suede tall boots. Looks like an absolute work of art! An absolute must rent!

A little tight in the hips

I love the fit and pattern and wore this to a fancy rehearsal dinner the night before a black tie wedding. The reason I’m giving it 4 stars rather than 5 is because the hem is funky- the top layer is slightly stretchy and the bottom layer isn’t, so it sticks out. I am 5’8 and the regular was slightly more of a midi fit, I would order this again in Long and I think that might resolve the hem issue.

Wore this to a wedding and absolutely loved the fit, coverage (it was slightly chilly) and detail. Total peacock vibes. Only thing to note is the upper back puffs out a little bit which I was expecting, otherwise gorgeous!

This dress is more suited for a work event or something more conservative, but it was a nice print and very comfortable.

INFORMAL BUT ELEGANT.

This dress is so classy and fun! First Saloni rental I decided to grab and it did not disappoint. Saloni thought of every little detail with this one and it shows. I am between a 4/6 and went with the 6 because it is a no stretch dress. Because I am curvy I typically stick with stretchy / comfortable dresses but I was drawn to this one and decided to give it a try. I am almost 5'9" and the regular length works just fine for me.

Love this dress! Wore it to a fancy dinner in Vegas with girl friends and got complimented the whole night by strangers. Soft material, beautiful colors, love the high neck and low back (wore an adhesive bra). Does feel snug around the waist, especially after dinner.

Ladies... I loved this dress. I have a short torso and it was extremely flattering on me. The fabric was light, luxurious and wrinkle free, which made it impossibly easy to travel with. This dress screams "wear your hair up" to showcase the beautiful draping in the back ( which I wanted to do but ran out of time). Wore this for New Years, will rent again

This runs short. If you're over 5'6 and plan on wearing a heel, get the long length. I did find it a little tight through the rib cage. I always size up with Saloni, so it wasn't a problem.

Gorgeous dress that I wore to a formal fundraising gala. Stretchy comfy material. Got tons of compliments. Be cautious with sizing, the waist has no stretch and runs small, hips have stretch but also run small. Top half is forgiving in size. I am athletic build (broad shoulders) and the top was totally fine. Normally size 25 waist in jeans and the 4R was perfect in waist, could not have gone smaller. Also runs short, but the regular length was great on my 5’4” frame. Loved it , would rent again!

Loved this gorgeous dress. Beautifully made. I was initially a little concerned about how open the back might be, but a hook an eye closure covers the bra band area, and I felt securely covered and confident all night. So many compliments!
