I was worried this might look goofy, but I took a chance based on all of the positive reviews. I am glad I did. I think if the quality wasn't there, this piece could have gone in a 1980s, Laura-Ashley-lace-bib directon. Fortunately, the quality is excellent. The sleeves are very current, the cut is extremely flattering, and the fabric drapes well. Would definitely rent again.

Fell in love with it even more after trying it on. Felt comfortable for various settings. Versatile! Even though it's a deep indigo appliqué, it appears black -- I wore with slim black pants for a nice dinner, then dressed down with jeans another night. Thinking ahead, I realized I can wear this to any of the next four functions/holidays that I'm attending. At first I thought, I'm renting this again -- but when it came time to ship her back, I couldn't, so I bought it! Love the drape and fabric.

This is such a pretty shirt! It's long enough if you have a long torso. The puffy sleeves are a really great detail that I hadn't noticed in the pictures. The only con is the material. It isn't very breathable.

This is a really pretty blouse the sleeves are really big at the wrists but it's still really cute for work.

I love black and white and when this came it was very very light grey with black lace. Very pretty and the sleeves are unique--a bit short but still look very cute. Excited to wear this to work.

Truth be told I have the size 40, and 38 at home. Sounds crazy but thinking of buying it and can't decide which size to keep especially since I have worn both. The 40 I wore for a work conference with black joggers and the 38 I wore for NYE with high-waisted skinny jeans. I received a ton of compliments both times. It's a fun with balloon like sleeves without being to big while eating or drinking. The fabric is a little textured and not too tight which I love because it covers my midsection while trying to lose my extra holiday pounds. Highly recommend if your thinking about renting.

Fave top so far from unlimited. Quality material with delicate yet sturdy embroidery. Thicker so it is not sheer and it is warmer but I wore a cami under for work. For weekend, went without cami underneath. I think it runs true to size. My original size was not in stock so I went up a size and fit was a little larger but still worked. Flattering cut both in body and arms and does not make you look short even for short girls like me. Elegant, modern, sophisticated and versatile. Will be renting again.

This top is so cute and unique! I always love tops that are different but not totally crazy. I thought it ran a little big, so I'd recommend sizing down if you're in between sizes. I really like that it's casual, but still nice.

This top is darling! Loved the lace detail. Great piece for everyday wear. Sleeves were balloon- which I liked, but a little too short- only reason why I'm giving it 4/5 stars.

I am 5'0" and have short legs. Therefore, tops that extend below the waist don't look as attractive. This top was beautiful, but you can see in the photo that when I tucked it in and used a nice belt, it solved the "short leg" problem. RTR has very versatile clothing.

This top is cute enough. Its not sheer which was a nice surprise. It fit long and loose on me - not in a good or bad way. I included a (very awkward) picture so you can see the sleeves. It looks like there is elastic at the wrists, but there isn't, and the result is oddly baggy wrist sleeves. Maybe it would be cuter tucked into a pencil skirt.

I wore this on two separate girls nights out and it was perfect. I am a 32D and about 125lbs and was nervous it was going to be too small, but it fit perfectly. I got lots of compliments on it too! It was well made and just gorgeous. I wore with high-waist black jeans.

I loved this top! As other reviewers noted the sleeves are very loose, but I liked that style. I think this is great to wear in different kinds of weather- it was comfortable in warm/spring temperatures but the material is heavy enough that I think it would be enough in winter as well. I wore this on many different occasions and received lots of compliments- to work, on a date, wine tasting, and even on holiday. Would definitely rent this again.

I'm not usually one to get shirts with flare near my chest and I hesitated on this one. All the flair was closer to the neckline and it was beautiful! I had read a lot of reviews and it's true about how great the quality is.

The lace is actually navy, but it travels well and it in good shape. Love the sleeves and ivory tone of the blouse itself.
