Loved this dress! Very mild stretch so I think I would have liked a 12 fit better but still was lovely! Just a little tighter in chest area but breathable to dance in. Kind of on the thicker side as well. I’m 5’7” and wore maybe 2” heels and it hit just above the ground so may want long if you’re wearing higher heels!

True to size

Loved this dress, it definitely snatches you and was the perfect length (I'm 5'2" and with heels, it perfectly you kissed the ground). Tight in the chest and a bit in the waist but I always have to size up one or two (or three...) sizes with Staud!

Wore to a formal, black tie optional wedding. Pockets!

This dress is incredibly flattering! It hugs in all the right places and the square neckline is wonderful. It does run a bit small- I had to size up from my normal size.

This is the most gorgeous dress I have rented from RTR. I got dozens of compliments all night. The pleads, the color, the A line, WOW!!! All dresses I have rented on RTR have been a 4, this one was a 6. Definitely runs small because of the corset-like bust. If you are smaller chested, you will likely be true to size since the length was fitting for the 4. But if you have a medium sized/bigger bust I absolutely recommend sizing up. Being traditionally a 4 I still had difficulty zipping up the 6. I like a tighter fit so I was obsessed!

The most perfect dress. I received compliments all night! I wore my usual size (6), and it fit like a glove. I’m 5’3" and chose the Regular length, and since I was wearing the tiniest heels, it was still the perfect length—something to keep in mind if you’re taller. The dress was so comfortable, too. I danced all night with no complaints whatsoever! I wish I could buy it!

This dress is STUNNING however it does run 1 size too small since the fabric has 0 stretch. Normally I’m a 6 but the 8 fit like a 6.

Hugs the body perfectly. It was a little long for me but I'm 4'11 so that was expected.

Worn to the opera - tight enough on the bust that it didn’t need a bra! I will say that if my bust was any larger, I would’ve been spilling out, so size up if you’re chesty. For me, this was a winner for a night at the Met. Staud never fails me

It’s a great dress heavy cotton material with pockets. I sized up since I have big boobs and was able to wear without a bra. You can dress it up or wear casual. Very versatile

So glad RTR has petite! This dress will allow me (5'2) to wear this with 2" heels and still have it hit the floor. The size 2 is certainly tight, but I feel snatched. This is going to be the perfect bridesmaids dress

If I rented this again, I'd rent a size down. It was a little too loose on my waist and chest, so I was adjusting myself all night - so it would sit right. It was otherwise absolutely beautiful and elegant.

Beautiful dress, very flattering with quality thick material. Bought the long and wasn’t as long as I needed. I’m just shy of 5’10 and wore 3” heels and you could see my feet.

I love the modern fit of the dress and it made me look good! I sized up and I'm happy I did. It was still very snug. I was worried about this dress not being comfortable for wearing all day so I chose a different dress. I also thought this dress was a bit too casual for a formal wedding.

This dress is very comfortable! No Spanx needed!!! The pockets are an added bonus. Very pretty!

Material attracts lint, heavy material, flowy and comfortable. Great brown color. Pleating is very flattering. Love the pockets. I’m 5”6 and have a 1” kitten heel on. The dress length doesn’t touch the floor but close. Adjustable straps.

Ordering in another size, love this dress (planned for bridesmaid). Ordered an 8P and too tight in the chest, but no 10P as a size option. Hoping the 10R works, the size for the Petite was perfect.

Loved how this fit. Was nervous it would be too long but worked with heels. Ended up not wearing because it was too formal for what I needed but would definitely rent again for another occasion.
