A bit short for those tall ladies! Love the color!!

This dress runs very large. I wore a 10 (I'm in between a 10/12) and this still was rather large. The large bell sleeves were a cute detail. You do have to be very careful while eating or your sleeves will get dirty. The dress is pretty short. I wore it with some leopard flats (I had snow boots on for my commute). The only zip was in the front, but it was very easy to get on. It was a thick material and seemed better suited for cooler weather. I thought this was very professional looking and I would rent a similar dress again.

This dress was perfect for work. Great versatility since I could zip the front up or down as high or low and I wanted. The shape was nice, not too baggy or too tight. I wore nude pumps with it, and I felt very covered with just my legs exposed. The flare arms were very cute!

This dress was so comfortable and nice. The color is vibrant and the sleeves are a great touch. Careful with them when you eat! It has a 1970's feel to it. Lined in the body. Perfect for a crisp spring day.

Love the sleeve detail. Fit and material are great. I was worried that the zipper would look cheap in person, but it did not. Wore to a work conference and received many compliments. Would rent again.

This dress was a little boxy/big so I added a black sash as a belt which really elevated the entire look. I got lots of compliments at work. This is a vibrant orange/red colo - really pretty and stands out in the crowd. A well made, comfortable dress - but next time I will try a size down for a more streamlined fit and hopefully shorter sleeves - the sleeves were a bit too long.

Besides the color, its fit is not great for me. Not a gorgeous loose fit that I prefer. It would fit for taller people or youngsters! Anyhow, it's new so still fresh at least!

Love the sleeves on this dress! Super cute and adorable.

I thought it was fun. The sleeves were long and it fit loose. It was something different to wear to work. It wasn't a "WOW"; however, it had a sophisticated and stylish flare.

I loved the color and the zipper -- it was an appropriate length for work, too. I didn't like the boxiness of the shoulders, though. I wouldn't say I am petite, but the shoulders were really big on me! I chose the 0, too, because I've rented Tibi before. I also didn't love the red color with my blonde hair and wish I would have rented it when I was brunette. I think the color not complementing my hair & the boxy shoulders brought down my rating a bit.

It was a tad short on me for work and was a little too bright for me for work. I did get a lot of compliments, but it's VERY red.
