I got tons of compliments at the event I attended! It gave off a very mature look while also looking classy. Everyone was obsessed with the zippers. Very close to making a purchase on this one! 

Like all dresses by La Petite Robe di Chiara Boni, this is a beautifully cut dress designed to accent your assets and hold everything else in place. If you're a fan of this designer, you will love this dress. If you e never tried this designer before it's a great place to start.

As with all sleeved-dresses by this designer you will not be graceful getting into out out of this dress  but that doesn't matter because you will own the room when wearing it. 

It was kind of big on me & also I LOATHE the fact that the dress doesn't have a functional zipper. Putting on and taking off without ruining makeup is a major feat in this dress. 

Wonderful thick stretch fabric and great details with slit and zippers. Definitely a favorite 

I rented this for a work holiday party.  I got it a little early and also wore it to drinks with my husband.  I probably could have swung the 48 (50 was a little loose in hips) but for work event this was best.  Super comfortable and I wore a regular nude wide-set straps bra.  The slit was a little odd and I did have a deodorant accident, but makeup remover wipes took care of that.  This dress made me feel like a rock star!  Edgy but still professional and classy looking.

Something about zippers - what a conversation piece... Rented this on my unlimited for a rock/rhythm/blues fundraiser and it was spot on for my event. Bra straps will show - go strapless or cups. This designer always run small - sized up on recommendations and it was a great fit. 

I really liked this. The open zipper at the shoulder is a tad itchy. Wouldn't mind going up one size, but overall great fit. 

I rented this dress for a work presentation. I felt like a million bucks!! It has an edgy feel with the zipper, but a classic below the knee length. I would definitely rent this one again. 

So many compliments - it's light weight and the right length - love so much- would wear again- it rises up a little but I'm sure a larger size would have cured that 

Dress fit perfect. I love the zipper detail. The cutout at the shoulder made wearing a normal bra impossible, but the material was kind of thick and tight, so I went without. Received loads of compliments.

This dress was so nice. I got so many compliments and it looked great on camera. You have to pull it over your head so beware of deodorant stains (especially since it's black)! But I found myself not wanting to send it back. This designer is a winner! 

Sexy and work appropriate! I love this designer! Great material that stretches and accentuates your curves. Also slimming! When I walked in the meeting, all eyes were on me. Will definitely rent again!

Love this brand and how the material hugs in all the right places. I did have a bit of difficulty making a bra work with this due to the cut out. It also gapped a bit funny at times which made it a fidgeting piece.  

I should have gotten a 42R for my post Thanksgiving body but I'm making it work. I love the designer and the hint of sexiness this offers. Like most La Petite dresses, you have to pull it on. The material keeps everything in place. It's a showstopper.

Every dress by this designer is like wearing shape wear!!  It hugs so beautifully. I love how shapely the dress makes me look. It's professional yet sexy. I paired with some knew high boots, but could rock some stilettos is for an even sexier look. 

This is my 2nd rental from Chiara Boni. I loved the 1st one so much I had to try another. I was immediately attracted to the beautiful lines created by the zippers - and it lived up to my expectations. I wore my usual size, but it was difficult to put on because of its pull-on style. Still say it's worth the effort. Requires a strapless because of the keyhole, but the fabric is so supportive I could probably have gone braless. Perfect dress for work to date night - especially if you want to make a lasting impression.

Loved this dress and details. Feels like shapewear. 

I love this designer and I don't mind that you have to pull on their dresses, but this one seemed a little smaller than usual and I sized up...could it possibly be  due to my holiday weight gain? Anyhoo....it is very form fitting and I like the material, scuba gear, I call it and the ornamental zipper gives it a fun, edgy look. However,  to me, the shoulder slit almost looks like a hole or a mistake, but it still looks great. It is definitely work appropriate and I received many compliments, but I do suggest sizing up, for comfort. 

I wore this for my 40th birthday. I'm a breast cancer patient and I'm currently going through radiation, so I needed something slimming but also something that would hide the chest area. I came here to re-rent this dress and now it's unavailable. I will buy it! 

This is a fantastic dress !  Form fitting and holds everything in.  Super sexy!

True to size. Nice sturdy material which holds  everything in smoothly, did not need spanx. The neckline is unique and rest of dress is pretty standard. Fun to wear once, not really for keeping. Perfect for a RTR account!

Love this dress. I would buy it if it wasn't so pricey.

5'10" 170 lbs 38C. Got the size 50, which worked but was by no means a perfect fit.

This slips over the head (which turned out to make getting in & out it easier than dealing with a zipper). I carry most of my weight in the stomach, but also have a butt and thighs, so was surprised that this fit everywhere but the hips & saddlebags, where it was loose. I can't say that I've tried on too many garments that are too big in the junk.

The fabric provided some compression without being restricting, and for someone who's spent the last year & a half in sweatpants and leggings, it was surprisingly comfortable - and flattering.

The dress was super tight and kept riding up.  I yanked it down all night.  The shoulder slit opening would not stay put and kept gapping.  I have 34D bust.  

Just didnt like the zipper detail. Felt too dated in person, so I didnt wear

This dress is ridiculously small. I'm 5'9. 130 lbs and a solid 2-4. I rented the 42 upon RTR's suggested sizing. Putting the dress on was a combination comedy act and American Ninja Warrior episode. There's no zipper, just a black neoprene-like sausage casing to try and shove your body into. Taking it off was even more challenging, as I had worked myself into a sweat attempting to put on the dress. Now, it clung to me like a wetsuit. 10/10 recommend for contortionists, 1/10 for normal humans. 

The dress has no zipper and it's super tight, it was hard to get in and out of it. I ordered it for a work event and didn't wear, it was so tight that it was inappropriate.

The dress pulls on and is stretchy but the zipper design by the bust has an opening that does not fit right on larger bust.  Also overall did not look as elegant in person as it does in photo. Did not wear it

Very tight fitting as intended. Could still wear strapless bra. So chic. Zippers are fixed and add such a cool element. Takes the dress from a simple, tight, black dress to a showstopper. Length and sleeves keep it classy and chic 

This dress was hard to get on.  I needed a little help from my husband.  Normally I'd feel a little self-conscious in a tight dress with zippers but not in this dress.  The fabric was thick and the length of the dress made me feel very comfortable wearing it.  My husband felt like a lucky man :)

Dresses by Le Petite Robe di Chiara Boni are made from the most amazing fabric! Keeps everything secure and feels so slimming. 
For an ideal fit I should have gotten the 42 (for reference I'm a 6 or 4 & I think I squeezed into the 38 of a floor length version of their dresses in store), but the 44 was all that was available. It was a little loose - some bumps along the seams in the hips and waist, but was totally wearable, & I actually preferred the looser fit for the work event I used it for. 

The material has some stretch so made it comfortable to wear all afternoon and evening for back-to-back events conservative enough for a work cocktail party and edgy enough for an art show)! The arms are a bit small, so if your arms are larger you may want to size up! 

There's not much to say about this dress other than it absolutely knocked it out of the park. I picked this dress to wear to the office when we had corporate coming in and it totally worked. I received so many compliments on the style and the fit.

The fabric of this dress is to die for - like many other women have said, it is almost like wearing shapewear, but with a little more stretch.  The sleeves were super comfortable, too, even with the tight fit.  There was no snagging or uncomfortable feeling from any of the zipper detailing, much to my surprise.  All in all, this dress was banging and I'm totally going to rent it again.

I rented this dress for a late work event and my, I received so many compliments! It has the right amount of professionalism with a slight edge and the cut on the shoulder seals the deal! I will definitely rent again.
