I absolutely love this dress!! It’s beautiful!  The waist detail and puffy sleeves make it  super flattering.  I think this would be perfect for a work event, shower,  or graduation.  The cotton fabric is perfect for warmer weather.  I am going to purchase this!

Great work dress, comfortable, love this sleeve design compared to others from this brand (no elastic and less restrictive). Flattering and could dress up or down. 

This is a great lightweight cotton (needs a good steam out of the bag) with deep pockets. I am usually between 0 and 2 and found the 2 to fit well, especially around the chest. Full skirt and sleeves and on the longer side. 

Perfect everyday dress in summer. Love the print and fit! 

I've been trying to rent the size 6 because i felt like the 8 was too big on the chest area but haven't had much luck. This is one of my favorite RTR rents and so badly want to buy it. 

Loads of compliments on this one. I love the colors, the fit and the puff sleeves. Really cute and comfortable. I probably should have bought this one. I will definitely rent again. I really love Derek Lam 10 Crosby dresses...they alway fit so nicely on.
