You can dress it up for a night out or down for shopping around town. Thick material and it felt very good quality

This is the perfect coat for not too cold. Wore it in southern "winter"... Dropped into the 40s. Kept the chill off. Wouldn't recommend for actual winter in northern states. 

This was so classy. I absolutely loved it.  Perfect for a work shoot.

The coat was used for a wedding and also a week in Europe. It was perfect! Great quality and warm. 

This coat is beautifully designed. An elevated classic black coat, thanks to being double breasted and the gold buttons. I wore it a ton and felt it elevated even a hoodie and jeans, but will say it attracts lint like crazy and I think that's what prevented me from buying it. It was always in need of a lint rollers assistance. 

I took the tags off of this coat it was so new, but after like 5 wears one of the buttons popped off. It's super long, anyone under 5'8" will have a tough time with it. 

I got so many compliments! Wore it a ton. Nice fit and quality. 

I did really love wearing this coat. It is very big and long. It was warm and very well made.

Toasty warm coat for an outdoor wedding ceremony, just right for the occasion

Rented this for an unexpectedly freezing wedding outdoors in the mountains - bless RTR for making it so easy to add shipments and last minute add items - and I loved it! I’m between a 14/16 and they only had the 14 and it fit but was a little more snug than I usually would like across the back, nothing uncomfortable or noticeable by others, but I’m a little finicky. I’d size up next time - so any broader back baddies, I wouldn’t size down if you’re looking to rent a coat for a whole season. But it was so pretty and quite warm. I felt very polished at the wedding!

The tailoring on this is perfection! Wore this for NYC winter and loved every second of it. Nice deep pockets and also drapes beautifully when opened. Highly recommend. 

I rented the 4 and the 2 for a Paris vacay and the 2 is what I took/wore. 
For reference : I'm usually a size 4 or even a 6 in coats. 

Wore this for a 20 degree DC work trip and it was great. It might be too long for petites but it was perfect for me to keep warm 

So luxe, wears beautifully over casual or elevated looks

The gold button details are to die for— so gorgeous like jewelry on this coat. Warm but not enough for frigid temps. Love the wrap-around style too.

Wore it with jeans, loafers, and gazelles to the dinner, movies and walking the dog, and also with a gown to a formal event. This jacket is heavy, warm, and feels like wearing a blanket. Satiny smooth lining. Two deep pockets and one more shallow pocket. 

Nice long coat for cold weather. It's definitely on the heavier side. Fit well, roomy enough with layers underneath. 

Cali girl had work trip to St Paul, MN in January. Coat was stylish, warm and fit over layers.  Bring lent remover. 

Perhaps because it’s not 100% wool this didn’t stand up to the winter chill as much as I might have hoped. With enough layers underneath it worked and is certainly elegant. It was just on the verge of being too small but I have big shoulders so it’s probably tts. 

What a gorgeous, unique design. I actually said “wow” when I looked in the mirror. Always a great feeling! I’m tall, long waisted, broad shoulders & long arms. The sleeves were a bit short & I prefer coats that are longer on me, but I still loved it. Deducted a star because it does attract lint, and lack of functional pockets. Stunner, though. Reserve it if you have to. Rent it. Now. 

If you need a jacket you don’t plan to close, look no further. Great weight for winter, and loved the silhouette, and the length (I’m 5’9”) but within the first two wears the breast button on this fell off. The irregular shape is hard to fit through the button hole, but still a little disappointing to see if break so fast. Button or no button though you can’t tell! Great jacket for RTR.

Would be good for a formal gown otherwise too much to wear. Sent back

I got this coat brand new. It fit loose and glorious. So chic. Despite this, each and every decorative button that held the coat loosely closed against the winter air broke. Only complaint

This was a very beautiful, warm coat. It was big for me, otherwise it would have been perfect. 

Fit true to size but if you want to wear a bigger layer underneath, size up! 

Headline says it all. Room for a thick sweater underneath.
