Loved this dress. Wore it to a conference I spoke at, at Harvard University. I felt confident wearing it, and got several compliments too. Very flattering for hourglass shapes. Was between a L and M. The medium worked. 

Flattering fit, perfect for work and daytime activities. Solid lining that made the fabric sit really nicely. 

Wore this a few times and once to an art opening I was working. Super comfortable, contemporary/elevated design and fit with pockets (!) and works for petites. Loved it!!!!

A little on the large side but loved it for work. 

Fun, flowy and feminine. This pattern is top tier. AND IT HAS POCKETS!

I loved this dress so much that I wore it twice.  Once for a meeting with VIPs and another more casual work day and it was perfect for both.  It is comfortable, flattering and has pockets!

I really enjoyed wearing this with relaxed styling but I’m sure it would be great all dressed up as well. Near perfection but the elastic band around the arms were uncomfortably tight; easy enough to ignore for the majority of the wear but still noticeable. 

Wore this to work and got a lot of compliments. Stretch in the waist. Fabric is cool and light to the touch.

I wore this at least 7 times in the 30 days I had it. Dress is gorgeous and very comfortable. Can be dressed up/down.

Wore to work and a day function. The fabric is lovely and the fit was great. Sizing probably somewhat flexible. 

Would have kept this if the price was right. Great fit. Comfy. Classic. It’s a winner! 

Really liked this dress. Casual but polished. 

This was a big hit. Great for work. Was flowy and breathable. Also it has pockets. That is always a win for the office. Length was great and it fit well. 

I received way more compliments on this than I was anticipating. It was a great dress to throw on for work or even running a few errands with sneakers. It has deep pockets which I appreciate and the sinched waist gives it a nice fit and flair. The dress is also double lined which was good for slightly cooler weather.

Great pickets, soft fabric, a lining (love that about so many RTR clothes!), fun sleeves and new pattern. It was a fun take on my usual style - sleeveless, knee length, and a single color. I wouldn’t rent it again because while I liked everything about this dress, I can’t say I liked it enough to add as a regular part of my closet.

Got a little wrinkly but loved the length and bold patterns.  Im a little busty and it didn't feel too tight.

The dress is so comfortable, it has a lovely fabric lining that felt so good on. Cute for a more casual workday.

Wore to see friends and family, comfy to run around in. Love it and considering buying it!

since renting work fits from RTR, i feel more confident and motivated going to work everyday since I do not work from home. Love the black and white simple print. Dress fits well and comfy

I just rented this again because I loved it so much! It fits great and is really beautiful. It’s a bolder pattern than I’d normally go for and I’m so glad I tried it! It’s true to size. I got a lot of compliments when I wore it. Can’t wait to wear it again!

This dress is perfect. It is comfortable while looking very professional AND it has pockets! A smash hit. I will definitely rent again 

Lovely dress. It has an underskirt & it doesn’t wrinkle easily. I also felt the cut & print were a nice that made me look slimmer.

Loved this dress! Super comfortable, fit great. I am usually an M/L and have a wide rib cage- the M was slightly tight around the ribs and buttons gaped the tiniest bit. Still looked and felt great but I may try the L next time to compare. Great piece!

I got lots of compliments. Super easy.. maybe a little beachy for work, but wore it anyways.

I waited 6 weeks for this dress and was so happy to get the alert that it was available as I was picking my next order. This dress fit like a dream and looked sharp all though a long day. Comfortable and professional looking, with pockets!! It was definitely worth the wait. 

I found it good not great but I received a surprising amount of compliments. A sleeper surprise.
