I have to admit that I have worn L'Agence for years and I love the brand. This jacket went with so much- and I received compliments everywhere I wore it! Almost purchased...

The shoulder pads felt awkward at first but they help the jacket look more flattering/lay correctly. I wore this with jeans and this skirt. Beautiful blue color.

This was a great elevated blazer. The shape and buttons gave it a more unique look. Easy to dress up or down!

This blazer is so cute! It’s cropped at the waist, the arms are also cropped, with shoulder pads. All of this comes together to create a blazer that is adorable and completely work appropriate which is a difficult combination to achieve. 

Wish I could have bought this!! Perfect for river cruise in Paris. I actually liked the structure of the shoulder pads and the cropped fit.. lots of compliments! 

I have broad shoulders so this was pretty aggressive. It was the perfect color for a client event, but didn’t feel compelled to wear for anything else. 

Has some stretch but a bit tight in the shoulders. Very straight shoulder pads. Don’t hate it by don’t love it. 

It wasn’t clear from online, but this has INTENSE shoulder pads! I still enjoyed wearing it but wouldn’t keep for that reason; felt very 80s! 

This jacket is going to get a lot of love as big shoulder pads are coming back. The color is cute also. I caution against ordering too big a size, though, because between the pads and the cropped length it’s at risk of making the whole torso appear too wide. Better to go too small and leave it unbuttoned. 

I wore this blazer over a summer dress to work and loved it!  It's a perfect lightweight summer blazer.

This jacket goes with anything. I like the shorter hemline and the shoulder pads a great. They give it structure and style.  

Great piece. However one button fell off as soon as I put it on. 

I loved this jacket! It was a slightly heavier material than I expected.  Also, the big shoulder pads and buttons gave it an 80s vibe that I didn't expect but definitely loved!

Short sleeves and shoulder pads. It will balance your figure if your body is fea shaped. Beautiful tailoring. 

It has shoulder pads.  Fits nicely. Able to wear with anything. 

Looked great to dress up plain black pants and top for a hot weather professional conference. Air conditioned to freezing inside, ridiculously hot outside. Lots of compliments. 

Definitely want to rent again! I’m typically a 4 and rented a 4, it looked cute but if I want to button it I’ll rent a 6 next time. Got lots of compliments and love the color. Good weight for work in the spring/summer. 

Nice jacket.  Shoulder pads were just ok for me.
