Wore it to a Colorado September wedding, and I loved it. Many compliments and this dress was a keeper! Could have sized down as material is stretchy, but this worked just fine. A lot of fabric at the top that I had to hide with a belt. Perfect for larger-chested ladies!

So comfy and cute for a night out. Paired with tall black boots and dance the night away. Not my normal color but it was a great fall choice and very flattering. Lots of compliments - I would definitely wear it again. It was so easy to wear!

This dress was sooo pretty! Paired it with black suede thigh high boots. It didn’t ride up and was very comfortable. Would 100% rent again!

Wore this fun, funky, ultra -comfortable number for an awards event at work and stood out in the best possible way, even when blending in with the fabric wall covering at the venue. Runs a wee bit large on top, but not an issue. Expect compliments and conversations if you step out in this dress!

This looked meh on the hanger but once i put it on it fit like a glove!  Stretchy and comfortable and love the color and fabric.  There's a little bit of ruching on the waist that hid my pooch lol which was bonus!  Would definitely rent again! 

I wore this dress for a fall wedding welcome party and I couldn't have made a better choice. The color is rich and the details make it pop in photos. I got so many compliments on this dress! I have an athletic build so I'm always concerned about my back and arms fitting into dresses and cute tops, this dress had plenty of room to spare. I also like that the bottom hugged my curves but wasn't super tight, so it didn't ride up when walking and dancing. I'm 5' tall for reference.

I cannot say enough good things about this dress. It made me feel like a million bucks. The texture, the color, the curves. This was the perfect fall/winter going out dress. And so comfortable to wear. Would buy or rent again in a heartbeat

The color of this dress is great! I had so many eyeshadows to pair well with it. It's very lightweight so it's better for a fall day rather than winter. I was surprised to find it had shoulder pads! Very comfy though. 

I rented this dress for my birthday, and it was perfect! The fit and material were so comfortable! It was just the right amount of shine to feel special and formal! 

Wore this to a rehearsal dinner party in Santa Fe in November and it was perfect. It was comfortable but has a bodycon fit. Rouched fabric was nice to pull and place where I wanted it. 

I have a long torso and sometimes struggle with short dresses but this one fit perfect. Still short but has full coverage. 

Wore to dinner and dancing for BFFs Bday. Needed tights to not freeze. Felt classy and sexy. 

Loved everything about it - the color, the beautiful burnout velvet material, the fit and length. If you’re a taller girl with a bigger bust and hourglass shape, this is SO flattering. I had to buy it right away!

This is a conservative cut dress but draped beautifully and the fabric is lux! It feels expensive and I loved it for feeling fancy in the winter. Nicole Miller tends to run a tiny hit big so air on the side of sizing down

I absolutely loved this dress and got tons of compliments throughout the evening. It was perfect for the NYE wedding I went to, and surprisingly light weight - I tend to run warm and did not get overheated all evening. Unfortunately, RTR only sent me my back up size (2) and it was a little too big. Luckily the dress is clingy so I was able to make it work! 

Very comfortable, has a good amount of stretch to it, thick so it hides midsection better than I thought it would. I loved it with my tights and booties.

Wore to a fall wedding, was able to fit a size 2 though I’m usually a 4 because the fabric gave just enough. So flexible and comfortable. I’m broad-shouldered and the shoulder pads weren’t too much either. Can be dressed up or down as needed!


Fabric is super forgiving and comfy to wear. TTS. I wore it with a belt and felt like it pulled it together. Amazing color. 

So comfortable! The fabric is so soft on the inside. The shoulder pads create a sliming triangle shape (shoulders to waist). Love the length paired with thigh high boots. 

Perfect fall vibe. Classy and sexy. Stretchy and comfy. I wore the 6, and it fit great but was wondering if the 4 would’ve been more tailored for me. 

Could not wear as fabric made a weird bulge in the back. I guess it’s meant for people with longer torsos or broader shoulders. 

Not my favorite dress. The top half was very loose and the shoulders made me look wide.

Beautiful dress for fall/winter, was a bit loose up top but it gave it more of a casual edge. The velvet detailing is lovely, very well made. 

This dress could be borderline matronly because of the shoulder pads, so size down to make sure it’s not too loose. It was mostly true to size and had plenty of stretch. The sleeves were a little long and the fabric is warm. Wore this to an awards dinner.

I should have gotten a 4 as the top was a little large and the skirt section still had enough give for the 16-week bump. I wore with a belt to give it more shape. I’m typically a 0 or 2 pre-pregnancy

I have narrow shoulders so the wide cut and shoulder pads were a lot up top but the short length balanced it out.  It was cute and fun with tall boots.  Great for a festive rehearsal dinner.

There are SHOULDER PADS!!! Was not expecting it when I ordered it, and was thrown off but it ended up being so cute! It was a little loose on me, but the elastic band in the center made it capable of like folding it to make fit better. Super cute and different than anything I’ve owned. Wore it to a wedding rehearsal dinner and got tons of compliments!!
