I wore this to an event at my college reunion. The fabric is soft with a subtle print. Love the detail of the layered hemline and the option to add straps.

I loved this dress! I rented it for an outdoor wedding in August, and felt like it was the perfect fit for not only the look I was going for, but also for the occasion. It fit perfectly across the chest, and was flowy in the skirt, while not being too voluminous. I can't even remember how many people asked where I got it- and I was more than happy to share RTR with them!! I just felt like it was appropriate for a wedding, while still being fun and flattering.

This dress ran a little small. 
It was cute but meant for girls under 25. 

I wore this dress to a wedding in Boston last year.  It comes with optional straps that you can tuck in but I wore them.  I also wore black tights and overall it all worked out very well.  The blue/black color is really nice and it fits well.  

As soon as I saw this dress, I knew it was the one I wanted to order! This was my first time using RTR so I was worried, but everything worked PERFECTLY. The size is mostly true-to-size, but I wore the smaller size of the two I ordered. The fit was perfect -- tight enough in the chest and waist, flaring out slightly at the bottom. The material is light and flowy and fun to dance in. There are straps that can easily be tucked into the dress. I also used the "tape" for clothes/dresses/etc to attach the dress to the back of my bra so that it wouldn't slip down while dancing. All in all a perfect dress!

I rented this for a wedding and was very pleased.  The only negative to it was in the picture it is strapless and it came with straps! I would have preferred it strapless, but still loved it!

The color and style of this dress were fantastic- I fell so in love with this dress that it was difficult to send back in the mail! The torso and skirt of the dress were shorter than I thought they would be- which was a problem in my regular 4 in dresses, but the size 6 worked out well and had a much better fit.

I wore this dress to a wedding and it was a hit! I was comfortable AND stylish- which is always a great combo for such an event!

If you are tall, long torsoed, or if you have long legs I recommend ordering your usual size as well as a size up. 

This was my backup rental for my birthday party and thankfully it worked out. I added my own belt because I felt it needed a little something. Although it may be that I'm too hippy for this dress and if your hips/thighs are thinner, you may not have this problem, but I consistently had to tug on the under skirt layer every time I stood up. However, if I had worn a size up, the top would've been too big. On the upside, I wasn't consistently pulling it up which is a plus for strapless.  Overall, this is a cute dress but I'm not tempted to rent it again like I've been with several of my past dresses.

The dress is pictured as strapless but it does have straps. I had to tuck it into the dress... thankfully the boning kept it from slipping down. But the dressed looked great after everything.

This fit true to size. I'm a smaller size on top than on bottom and this dress fit perfectly on me. It accentuated my slim waist while still allowing room in the hips/thighs. I was comfortable in the dress all night and got many compliments. 

I wore this dress to a wedding and it was perfect! The length was just right and appropriate for a wedding, and I felt great in it! I usually wear a 0 and a 2 and the 0 fit like a glove. 

Fit exactly as expected. Didn't need to wear a bra since the top had a good amount of structure. 

I don't think I even looked at other cocktail dresses, I just knew this was the one and rented it, probably because I thought it would go great with my grey suede strappy heels (which it did!). I loved the print which was just as nice in person - it's almost like an animal without being straight-up leopard print, which, along with the asymetrical hemline, gives it just enough edge to look cool. I ordered this in a 6, which is my usual skirt size, but I also got a backup in a size 4 which is the one I ended up wearing. I think this is pretty typical, but it's just one of those strapless dresses where if you're not totally sure of your size, or if you tend to be smaller up top, you should probably go with the smaller size. I think I even wore a padded/pushup bra to help fill it out and keep it up a little better. The mid section has stays and feels very structured but not uncomfortable. I didn't hold back on dinner or dancing that night and the dress didn't cause me any problems. I wish I owned this dress and would totally wear it again!

This was awesome. It fit great and was great for an outdoor evening wedding! I didn't even feel the need to pull up the dress repeatedly like I usually have to with strapless!

This dress fit wonderful!  Length was great and I didnt feel like I had to pull up the dress alot through the night!  Definately rent!  

I loved this dress. thought it would be too much fabric and might look a bit bulky but the top is fitted enough to lean and bottom is loose enough to fit my larger lower half. very flattering dress!

I rented this dress as a backup and ended up wearing it to a formal and i loved it! It was flattering and comfortable and could be worn with or without straps.

This dress is cute....Unfortunately, I received it WITHOUT the belt in, as it is pictured.  I immediately called and, after waiting on hold for about 20 minutes, was assured the belt would be overnighted to me, free of cost for FRIDAY (my event was that Saturday).

When the belt never arrived, I called back, only to be told that the belt was never shipped, could not be shipped and that they were "in the process of making it a beltless dress" because so many previous renters had not returned it.

I had to buy a belt to wear, because the dress looks likes it missing something without it.  This is probably why it was DESIGNED TO HAVE A BELT.  I'm sure the people at Rebecca Taylor would be thrilled to hear that RTR is re-designing their dresses. 

They claim they will re-imburse me the cost of the dress.  We'll see what happens.  Either way, it doesn't really make up for RTR leaving me hanging on a work day right before my event.

I still love Rebecca Taylor dresses, but I will most definitely NOT rent again from this company.





I wouldn't recommend this dress to people with wide hips or an apple body type because it makes you look fuller. I love this dress, it looks great in person it just was not flattering on my body type.

LOVE this dress, received so many compliments.  You cannot tell on the model that it drapes on the right side & if you have hips it puffs out a bit.  But it's still very flattering.  I also wore the straps, which are not shown!

I LOVED this dress.  It fit perfectly (I ordered a zero and a two, am normally a two and wore the two) and I got plenty of compliments.  I loved it so much that I ordered it in the spring for a gala, but I would recommend wearing it in the winter or fall only- the colors are definitely not very spring-y.

Loved this dress, very flattering on women with hips.  I wore it with the straps showing and black sandals.  I wore it unbelted.  I also rented the Starburst Earrings which were amazing.  They are crystal with a big blue stone in the middle... They are HUGE and they matched really well.  Great if you like to add bling.

I usually wear a size 6 through the chest/torso and a 8-10 on the bottom. In this dress, I wore the size 8 and it was perfect, just a shade away from being too small.  I recommend ordering a size bigger than normal.  

Overall, a lovely dress and I would wear it again!

Fit perfectly ! I swapped the belt for a black leather belt bc i wore black platform pumps & it looked gorg! rec'd a ton of compliments on the dress. it does come with straps & i also tucked them in. comfortable to move in & dance !

This dress is very pretty and flattering. It's slightly more green than it looks in the photos. I didn't need to bother with a strapless bra because it fit pretty snuggly. (I am a size 0/32D and the 0 fit very well.) Stuffing the straps into the bodice was easy enough, and I actually liked the dress better without the little fabric belt.

Not true to size. Very thing and not quality stichting. Looks far better in photo than reality. Stick with Forever21 if need a cheap, but sytlish dress for party. The service here is great/ it is a plus and shipping was fast. 

I loved this dress. I wore it to a wedding at a casino.  I'm not usually an animal print type girl, but the animal print is sutle, so it just adds a little bit of fun !  I have a small waist and bigger butt (i'm a size 0 in dress, but size 6-8 in jeans).  This dress was amazing for showing off my small waist but hiding my behind.  My only regret is that I didn't get to wear it longer.

Loved this dress! I received numerous compliments on it, and my mom even suggested that I buy it to own. Like other renters said, the dress came with the tie belt and with straps, but I tucked them in. I have already recommended RTR to all of my friends; what a great experience!

This dress is super cute...however it does run a bit small & it is pictured without straps...but, it actually has straps so I had to tuck them in.

Wore this to a friends wedding and everyone really loved it. Had some difficulty keeping the straps (which are in the dress, but I didn't wear) tucked in. Zipper tends to get stuck coming over the seam, but with a good friend handy, shouldn't be a problem. Received lots of compliments on this dress. 

I wore this dress for my sister's rehearsal dinner, and as the "tomboy" of the family, it went over like a charm. It fit well in the bust, but was a little shorter than I expected. This may be due to the shoes I wore, or the fact that I have a short torso and very long legs. Either way, the fit was nice and comfortable. 

I had been eyeing this dress for a long time and finally rented it for a date night at the opera. It did not fit. Once again, my body type did not allow for any skirt even remotely fitted to fit over or sit properly on my hips. The bodice fit great, but my problem hips filled the bottom to capacity and made the skirt fall very awkwardly. Would probably look and fit great on anyone with a normal frame! 

Wore this to a fall wedding with a big crystal necklace - another RTR piece - and loved it. It is a great cut that's both elegant and fun, and very flattering. One thing to note is that the photo shows a belt of the same fabric, but the dress was missing it when it arrived. It really didn't make a difference at all, and even though there were loops for a belt, there weren't noticeable. It is fitted on top, which you can't really tell on the model, so I would size up if you're large there. Overall, a wonderful dress that you can pair with fun accessories!

Fits true to size, I received many compliments at a wedding. The draping is flattering and flows easily. I wore it as shown, strapless, for the ceremony but ended up using the spaghetti straps at the reception because it was more comfortable for dancing.

Great Dress! I wore this to a wedding and received a million compliments. I wore it with the straps tucked in as well, and I thought it fit true to size. My only concern was when I received the dress the little tie belt did not come with it, so I was a little upset but it turned out looking great anyway... I would recommend this to anyone. 

For my first RTR experience, I wanted to play it safe - nothing too crazy, just a nice looking dress.

This dress was beautiful, and comfortable... however, because I am short, the longer part of the asymmetrical hem line was too long for my liking!

I ended up belting it to wear because it's a little dressier material than it appears in the photo. I loved the fabric though and adding a white belt with light tan leather accents made it perfect for my event, which involved a lot of dancing and eating :). 

Fit was good. A little tight at the waist. 

The fit was a bit interesting. I'm tall, so it's really a gamble for exactly how short dresses will be on me, and this one was definitely on the shorter side. I couldn't go a size up, though, because the bodice didn't reflect the shortness of the hem. I.e. If I had opted for the size 4 (and length), it wouldn't have fit up top. I also think the the ruffles on the sweetheart bodice, while cute in theory, felt a little off-kilter instead of "asymmetrical."

I have a small bust size so it was a little big but with a little extra support it fit great!

draping is a little odd but overall liked this dress
