Runs very small and short.  The elastic waist looked a little informal for the fabric and style of the gown so I purchased a belt to cover it.  There is absolutely no give to the fabric, so make sure you consult with a fit expert prior to reserving the gown - however, the bust has some room for adjustment based on how tightly you tie the back closed.  The fabric also shows every little bump and bubble, so Spanx are pretty necessary and the petals I used were inadequate on the bust.

That being said, I got rave reviews all evening for the gown and was told by more than one woman (strangers to me) that I had the best dress of the evening.  I truly felt like the belle of the ball!!!!!

This dress was a weird fit--kinda tight around the waist and oddly draped over the chest.  THe fabric felt lovely on the skin, but--as you can see from the photo--YOU MUST WEAR A FULL NUBRA...not the little silicone petals, which you can see from the photo are visible through the material. Spanx are also necessary. It was also reeeeally short: it fell to above my ankle bones in bare feet (meaning it was 3.5" off the floor in bare feet), which looked pretty dumb.

This was the most amazing dress - I wanted to keep it.  This dress is fitted at the natural waist.  I would say it is true to size, but I'm used to European sizing.  If you're used to US sizing (which usually runs larger) I would go up a size for your back-up.  The fabric and colour were divine.  The only problem was that the dress wasn't long enough.  I'm 5'7 and the dress was ankle length.  Such a shame.  You would have to be 5'2 and in flats to have the dress gather on the floor like the picture.

I wish I would&#39;ve seen this particular review sooner.  I had the same issue but not enough time to get another one. 

Back is cut very low; I would not recommend this dress for any body type except athletic and/or very lean; the color is more orange than rust, but it is a dramatic gown

Beautiful fabric and gorgeous color! Runs very small in the waist. At the time wore a size 4 but wore size 8 in this dress. Does run a bit short. I'm 5'5" but with 3 in heels on, dress fell on top of my in-step. If you are taller, I would not recommend unless you plan to wear flats.
