I gave a talk onstage and loved wearing this dress! paired it with Sneex shoes and it was stylish, moden, and chic. Added a black belt for some definition. The neckline is dynamic, so an updo is the way to go I think. The dress fits like a glove. Color is beautiful. 

Rented for presenting on a panel. Seated in a high top chair. Very comfortable for networking and speaking. 

I went to two other events. The dress was not super tight even though it had a fitted look. Last time I rented this I was 15 pounds heavier.  It definitely has a slimming look!

This dress fits so nicely, and hugs my body. It has nice shoulder line and gives a unique look. I thought it also looked nice from the back because of the gold zipper. I thought about wearing it for a speaking event but this dress is not too forgiving if I ate a big lunch, so I decided against that, it still makes a very nice work dress that you can wear straight to happy hour or dinner. 

Obsessed with this dress is an understatement. Got this dress to take pics for my law firm that I just started. Why can't you wear pink & be powerful? This dress proves that you can. 

Runs small. Kind of felt like a stuffed sausage but it's so good that it's worth it. 

This dress is a show-stopper. 

I'm a true size 4 with an hourglass build (and a full sized backyard) I wore the 10 (US 4-6) and this dress fit me perfectly. If you're on the fence, follow the other reviews and order up.

The color can best be described as orchid and is exquisite IRL. The material is a thicker crepe perfect for cool to cold weather. There is a slight stretch but not much.

Wow, this dress made me look great (especially from behind).

Will rent again, it's a favorite.

This dress is so pretty and sophisticated. It’s a little tight in the arms, but still wearable and I would say, true to size. 

I read the reviews on this very thoroughly and I'm glad I did. I usually wear a size 6 dress, sometimes an 8. I'm 142lb. I ordered a 14UK in this. Yes you read that right. It fit well in the lower half that was a little loose up top. If I want to size down it would fit better up top, but I think the arms would've been too stiff. The arms are really tight. Rolled with it: The neckline and back line are super unique and beautiful. I wore the strapless bra. Pretty spring color. 

This dress is so beautifully constructed, and I really wanted to wear it. I am normally a 0-2, and the 38 was tight but  could have been workable for a day in the office - if not for the arms. My shoulders and arms were never going to fit in the dress right- definitely great for women with more willowy arms though! 

the bodice is way too long and large in the shoulders. the rest is tight, may be good for someone skinny with short torso. otherwise bad fit unfortunately  

Gorgeous dress, every time I rent it I size up and still feel like I’m squeezed into a sausage casing when I zip it up. 

This was stunning but I would have sized up 2 from my normal size, knowing what I know now.  It's beautiful but VERY form fitting 

I loved everything about this dress for an evening work event. It is sexy but elegant. It is a tight fit but it needs to be for the style. Lots of compliments.

Get this! I was worried about sizing and normally a size 8 petite or 6 regular. The dress is elegant and a show  stopper! I went with sizing recommendations from others and it worked! 

Yes, the dress runs extremely small. I usually rent size 2-4 dresses, got a 6R and could have probably used an 8. That said, I believe this dress can make anyone feel like a million backs. Skin-right yet beyond flattering, beautifully cut and so comfortable. I would buy it if it was a lot less expensive. 

It's my favorite work dress of all time- and I rent a lot of dresses for work.  I have very tiny arms and barely fit into the sleeve.  It appears to stretch out a little but it's a great great dress for someone who is built like I am.  

This is a beautiful dress. Sleek, sexy, yet classy enough for work. The color is stunning. However it runs small -- especially the arm area. I had to go 2 sizes up, but the arms were still so snug, but the rest of the dress fit perfectly. I received so many compliments at work!

I'm 5'7" 138lbs, muscular w big arms. I wear a US 4/UK 10 dress. I rented UK 14 based on other reviews and it was big but wearable. I'd rent again in 10 or 12. Many compliments.

I rented this for a cocktail party. It is absolutely stunning, I'm disappointed that it didn't fit. I could zip it, but It was way too tight unfortunately. Also, it had a very strong BO smell coffee. Even if it did fit, I don't know if I would've worn it with that smell. Wish it were cleaned better

I am normally size 2. Had to go to size 10 in this dress. It fits, but I still could not lift my arms. It's a beautiful dress but not worth the hassle

Reviews talked about how tight/small this was so I sized up. Mistake this size was too big in the chest and shoulders so I couldn't wear it.

This is really a great dress, but I was sent the wrong size. Way too big. After reading the reviews, I ordered a 10R, but was sent a 16R. Might try again in the future, but I am figuring an 8 or 10 would work, even though I am a 4.

Went up two sizes based on reviews- and still so small.  Could barely get on!!

If u Google OutfitID Jennifer Aniston white Roland mouret dress with alaia belt this dress looks like a purple version dress and it is incredibly flattering. 

This dress is absolutely a showstopper amazing. But it is no joke tight. The beautiful neckline on the left side has the seam that gives it great structure but I couldn't lift my left arm even to should height it was so tight but my right arm was fine. Next time I would rent size 8. 

This dress is honestly one of the most stunning things I've ever put on. The 6R/2 US was too tight for me. If the next size up were available, I would have done that. I am usually a 0 or 2 (lately it fluctuates a little more than it used to, but I always wear a 2P in J. Crew dresses). Even though it was too tight, and too long (I'm 5'2"), I still managed (with help, I definitely could not move my arms and I had to really suck it in) to zip this dress up. Not actually wearable, but it looked so stunning, my boyfriend was so impressed and had tons of compliments. There's no denying that the retail price is high for a reason. The neckline is so architectural and flattering, the shape is just stunning, and the quality is beautiful. I'm waiting to get this when it's available in the 8R/4 US, but honestly might just schedule a rental for a special enough occasion. This is just so gorgeous. The color is absolutely perfect, and I don't even like anything that could be called "pink" or "bright." But this jewel-toned berry was so flattering on my light-medium olive skin. Who would look bad in this?? The sizing is far from inclusive, but if you fall in the range, it really is a knockout dress, and you will feel like an absolute powerhouse wearing it. I hope we see more of this designer on RTR!

I will try to rent this again in 3 sizes bigger.  Did not read the reviews, so I thought I would post.  

Be warned size up and know sleeves even at a size up can be constricting 

The dress runs small, the sleeves were too tight and there is very little stretch in the fabric.  I will order again in a larger size.  this dress fit better on smaller breast.  I am a size 36dd and it was very snug across the chest
