I used this for a photoshoot and it was absolutely breathtaking. Gorgeous fabric and color. Many layers but not hot. It fit I'd say pretty true to size. 

The large was tight on the waist while the XL was just right on the waist but big in the chest for me. I went with the XL for comfort and made it work! 

I absolutely loved wearing this. I felt so confident and feminine in it. It took me a while to iron; there are three layers to iron. 

Overall, highly recommend! 

This is such a nice dress, the fabric is perfect. I got so many compliments. I would size up. I am generally xs (very small waist) and i had to get a small for this and i cannot say i had too much room left. 

you would not believe how many compliments i got on this. was still pretty long on my 5’1” frame even with sizeable heels. SO fun to dance in. I usually wear a 10 and it was difficult to get the zipper up, but fit well after that. would recommend fashion tape to keep the neckline up!

I loved this dress! I was very nervous dressing black tie formal as a plus size woman, but this dress was absolutely magical and shockingly comfy. With a good strapless bra I had no issues, didn't even need to use any fashion tape.

I loved this dress so much! I wore it to a black tie gala and received soooo many compliments. It was slightly tight around the area where the belt is built in, but once I was zipped in, it was very comfortable and easy to move in. 100000/10 :)

This dress is stunning especially in the sun! I got soo many compliments! The reviews are very accurate saying that the bodice is TIGHT. Thankfully it fit but I could have sized up. I’m usually a street size 14 and used the XL in this dress. Highly highly recommend!!

Size up! I’m usually a L now days and the XXL fit the best! I’m 5’1 so it was long on me, but some 4.5” platform hills did the trick! I had this strapless bodysuit underneath that held in the breast nice. No much breast support, you definitely need at least a strapless bra. 

I was very nervous when reading such a variety of reviews regarding sizing!  This dress just happened to fit my body type almost perfectly.  It is long and a LOT of fabric, and even with 2 inch heels I had to be careful not to trip as I walked.  Like a few of the other reviews said, the elastic up top is strong enough to feel secure (I opted for no bra and felt very comfortable and safe) but can be a little itchy and left a red mark on my shoulders after wearing it for close to 10 hours.  It does not have boning or any other kind of structure to it, but still felt pretty good without being too tight or suffocating.  I didn't have to constantly pull it up.  It made me feel like the prettiest fairytale princess!!!  You will get a million compliments when wearing this dress.  It is comfortable and twirly and dreamy.  I would definitely wear it again to an event - HIGHLY RECOMMEND it!!!  I felt very lucky to be able to feel so fancy for the evening.  Also, the mailing process is SO easy and convenient!

Wore for my pregnancy announcement photos! I was roughly 2-3 months pregnant and it fit great! This dress was beautiful and comfortable! 

This was probably one of the most beautiful dresses I ever had the pleasure of wearing! As other reviewers have said you will literally receive all the compliment wearing this dress. I definitely felt like a princess. I will say though at the end of the night I was very ready to take the dress off. The straps became a bit irritating/itchy later into the evening and the waist is very snug! Might have been a little more breathable with a size up but I felt the small fit nice and was flattering. It’s definitely worth renting and I would rent it again!! 

Wore this dress to a June wedding. Absolutely LOOOOOVED it. I felt like a princess all night. I have thicker arms, so by the end of the night the elastic on the sleeves started to pinch a bit. This was after 6ish hours in it though. I would still 100% recommend it though!!!

If you’re looking to become a princess I recommend this, jumped over a fence and took cliff side photos in this. Battle tested! Can be worn on the shoulders instead of off.

Absolutely stunning dress. Perfect for a formal wedding or photoshoot dress. I adored this dress so much and received so many compliments. The sizing is a little forgiving, I could have almost worn an XL if not for my broad torso. The zippers seemed like they were getting a little tired/stiff so keep that in mind. 

Notes on the fit: I ordered the medium as my backup and I ended up wearing that size. I will say that it was a little snug when zipping it up, but dresses are typically tight around the ribcage for me so that's not out of the ordinary. I wouldn't have ordered the large because I am quite short, so the medium was my best bet. 
The occasion and the experience: I wore this to a formal/black-tie optional wedding. I received a litany of compliments. I literally could not get out of my seat without someone stopping me to talk about my dress. I *really* wish I was given the option to buy this because I would have bought it immediately. I did fly with this dress, and I should have brought a steamer to get the wrinkles out, but they are only really noticeable in the photo I attached. 

I wore this AMAZING dress for a spring photo shoot during Cherry Blossom peek bloom in DC. Literal non stop compliments and my photos turned out so perfect! I'm obsessed with this dress! I wish I had another reason to wear it. 
It is surprisingly lightweight and has *some* built in boob support (not cups,  just the design of the dress lends itself to a light natural lift). All of that to say that I could've gotten away without wearing a bra. The shoulder straps stayed put. Only commentary: I wish it had pockets.

Beautiful gown. Wore it to a wedding where the dress code was Garden / Formal. Tons of compliments. The boning around the bust is tight so you may need extra hands to help with the zip. Dress did not feel heavy at all. Very flowy and just so beautiful. Ordered the XL and XXL and ended up wearing the XXL. 

I wore a corset underneath to create that sinched shape in the waist. Lots of compliments, the flower girl of the wedding asked me if I was a real princess. 

I wore this for my baby shower. I was 28 weeks when this picture was taken. It was beautiful! I really loved the look. I received many compliments. My only complaint was that the sleeves got a little itchy/annoying after a few hours so I was happy to take it off at the end of the party.

The dress is beautiful and got so many compliments, however the front cut is lower than it seems, I’m a small chest person (however I’m breastfeeding at the moment) and it felt like at any moment my boobs where going to come out. I had my little one with me so it was really hard since it felt the cut was too low. 
I used xs it fit me perfectly, it’s a bit shorter than expected so I used flats which worked perfectly. 

I wore this magical dress for our family photos this year, and the drama of the dress delivered in a big way! It photographs so well and is so lovely! It is a LOT of dress- so much so that my two kids could wrap themselves in it while I was wearing it. I found that the dress ran a bit small and was more comfortable in the next size up. I'm so thankful I had the backup size! I'm a true size 12 and wore the XXL in this one. Once I was in the correct size, it was really comfortable and easy to wear. My daughter complained that the dress stole all the attention away from her 😂 so if you want to feel like a star, definitely rent this one!

As a shorter person, this dress felt a little overwhelming on my frame at first, but I felt like a princess and got compliments all night. It’s definitely tight in the ribs/bust and I am pretty small up top so I would size up if you are bustier or are more broad up top. Supposed to be a midi, on me it pretty much hit the floor. 

This dress was absolutely amazing. I wore it to a wedding and received so many compliments on it. Originally the website recommended that I order an XS but I went with a S and M. The S fit but was a little tight in the rib cage area so I ended up wearing the M, which was a lot more comfortable.

I felt so incredibly beautiful in this dress. This is the 1XL / size 14 and it fit beautifully. Not to tight not snug in any spot. The sleeves are a teensy bit irritating because of the stitching but it didn’t ruin my night. I lost count on how many people stopped me to compliment the dress and ask where it was from. I truly felt like royalty!

This dress is dreamy! Lots of fabric but not heavy at all. Depending on your cup size, a bra is optional but I wore a strapless bra for support and a little cleavage. The bodice just under the bust is fitted (hence the sizing up because I’m normally an L or XL in dresses but the other reviews guided me) and I have some midsection cushion, so I was worried about looking pregnant. I stayed mindful of how I posed. Keep that in mind. 

I received so many compliments, “It’s giving Bridgeton.” The dress is surprisingly easy to dance in (heel height matters, I wore a solid 3.5 in heel). I did have to gather it at times when sotting or when moving past candles/decor. Overall, a must rent!

An absolutely gorgeous dress— I’m a little short so I definitely needed heels to not trip. But come on, the ruffles, the floral print, I felt like a princess from head to toe. The bow in the back is also like a cherry on top!

This dress was straight from a fairytale! I wore it to a wedding when I was newly postpartum and knew I would need a nursing-friendly dress that didn’t hug me too tightly anywhere. I felt so beautiful and confident in this dress and received so many compliments. 

I ordered the XL and XXL because I wasn’t sure what size would be best and ended up wearing the XXL for a slightly more roomy fit. The XL also would have fit I just found the larger size to feel more comfortable. For reference my waist is about 34 inches and the XL would have fit but been tight. The length was not quite to the floor on me (5’9”). 

This dress felt expensive and elegant and I would have happily kept it to wear again and again!!

I’ve been wanting to try a selkie dress for so long but buying was not in the budget. I felt like a princess in this dress and got so many compliments. Super easy to stealth a corset under too if you want to make your waist look super snatched.

I got so many compliments in this dress. It was a lot of fun to wear. The dress fit really well. It was a tad long for me which normally wouldn't be a big deal, but I had to walk up and down steps to a stage during the evening which required some gathering so I didn't step on the hem. Be warned, it is a lot of dress to manage when sitting at a table. But I selected it because it was a statement piece!

I have never received so many compliments in my life! I truly felt like a princess in this dress. I wore this to a black tie wedding and it was perfect. I wore platform sandals with it to keep myself from tripping. Either a strapless bra or sticky bra works perfect. Fair warning that the waistband has no give so I recommend sizing up. I am normally either a 1X or 2X and am glad I went with a 2X. 

Wore this to a summer wedding and got so many compliments. It is a bit hot and has lots of fabric. The sleeves can be a bit rough. However worth it for the vibes. 

This dress was GORGEOUS! I felt so pretty in it, and it was perfect for a garden affair wedding. I’m 5’3 and it dragged the floor slightly, but I wore a 2” heel with it and it was perfect! All the reviews are correct—there is absolutely no give in the waist band right under your boobs, so size up if anything. I’m a TTS XL and the XXL fit me perfectly! The shoulder straps were also great and didnt fall down or ride up—just stayed right in place. 100/10 would recommend!

This dress is so gorgeous and whimsical - it was perfect for the garden party formal wedding I attended. The skirt is full and long, but not as long as I expected it to be - I’m a shortie and wore a modest heel and wasn’t stepping all over the skirt. I found both dresses I ordered to be difficult to zip up, so have someone on standby to help. Otherwise it fit like a glove!

Ive always wanted to try a Selkie dress, but this might have just not been the right one. I usually can fit a size small/Xs so I ordered a size down since my size wasn’t available, but the waistband had no wiggle room. I ended up having to pin it because it was so uncomfortable to zip up. Also the fabric is really itchy and for someone with a smaller frame and short torso, I feel like it really swallowed me with all the fabric. That being said, it was super fun to twirl in and I wore it to a fashion show and got a lot of compliments! Also i really feel like they missed the opportunity to add pockets with all this fabric! 

I loved this dress. I felt like a princess in it. The wedding theme was southern belle and the bride, mother of the bride, and guests gushed over it. I am going to give it four stars since like other comments said it is very tight in the chest/waist area (I had to unzip it slightly by the end of the night so I could breathe).

I have always wanted to try a Selkie dress and I'm glad I found one here. It is big, long, and very fun. Some words of warning: the bust is very loosely constructed, so while I didn't think the dress would fall down, I felt I might fall up sometimes. Additionally, it is polyester, so it doesn't breathe very well. 

I loved wearing this dress, it fit the brides dress code perfectly and I got so many compliments. The movement is gorgeous. I read lots of reviews regarding the dress being tight around the ribs so I sized up and I’m glad I did- I was 10 months postpartum and not sure what my exact size was. The XL *almost* zipped but not quite. The XXL ended up being looser around the waist than I would have liked but it was the only option at that point. I tried to cinch the waist with the ribbon but the fabric is very slippery so it didn’t hold the way I was hoping. I really wish there had been a size in between these two, but the XXL ended up working out in the end. It is definitely a lot of fabric and takes some maneuvering to get down but I did feel like a princess. I was able to get away with wearing flats so I could dance and be comfortable!

The zipper was hard to get up for some reason. It kept getting stuck in one spot even though it wasn’t super tight against my back. Also the sleeves kept sticking up - probably could’ve been solved with a steamer but didn’t have one to try that out. Still highly recommend. I was so comfortable all night!
I’m a 4/6 top and an 8 bottom and the size medium fit great. I wore a strapless bra and that helped fill out the top enough to not feel like it was going to slip at all.

I wore this to my bestie's wedding and felt like the prettiest princess at the ball. Fairly comfy compared to what was expected based on reviews (the sleeves only became a problem 3 hours into our nonstop dance party). No shapewear AND no bra needed! TIP: buy some double-sided fashion tape and adhere the neckline to your upper bust to keep your gals & the dress in place. 

This dress was gorgeous, and I got SO many compliments all night!!! I am normally a 12/14, with 38D size chest. I started in the XL, but it was too tight on my rib cage, so I switched to the XXL so I was more comfortable! I felt like my boobs were a bit too out for a wedding with all my family, I found myself pulling it up all night. I also thought the cut of the dress made my hips/torso look larger than they actually are, but that is okay. I did really like this dress, just think it was more for a photo shoot with twirling and dancing then it is for normal photos or sitting and eating in. 

Love this dress it was so dreamy but didn’t end up wearing it bc it was a little too formal 

Great dress for a Bridgerton Ball. Note that the rib cage area is very tight with no give so absolutely size up. I got a large because the XL was unavailable but the L was a bit too tight in the rib cage so I couldn’t zip it all the way up. Made do with some strategic fixes and was thankfully able to wear it but would’ve been better one size up. Also, as others mentioned, the sleeves are a very rough, scratchy material which after trying on for just a few minutes I knew would be far too irritating to wear all evening, I lined the inside sleeve edges with some temporary adhesive moleskin strips that I cut to size and it helped immensely - no irritation at all.  

Enjoyed wearing this pretty dress. It covered up the less flattering parts of my figure and felt flirty and feminine. Lots of compliments! 

This is NOT your every day wedding guest dress! I got sooo many compliments on it and I loved that it was so different from every other dress at the wedding! It was a blast to dance in, especially when you twirl! 

I will say, as someone with a bigger bust, there is zero support so you need to wear some kind of bra. Unfortunately, my bra made the dress fit a bit tight under my boobs and so it got pretty uncomfortable by the end of the night. So maybe find a bra that is pretty light or maybe size up. I do feel like, if I sized up, the whole top might have been too big though. 

Overall though, I am so so happy I rented this dress!

I would recommend going with one size bigger because it gives no stretch at the ribs. Aside from that, it was not scratchy for me at the arms like other comments mentioned. I did wear high heels in order to not step on it but aside from that, I loved this dress so much! I was getting so many compliments on it! I was part of the bridal party so I was constantly moving and it just made me look and feel ethereal while dancing haha 

I got this for my sisters black tie optional wedding and got so many compliments on this dress. The top was a bit too large for my chest so I had to make a tape bra but it was so comfortable the whole event and it has been one of the best dresses I have worn so far ! 

The sleeves are sandpaper. Legit. But this dress is a fairytale dream! Wore it to the Dolly Parton musical in Nashville (one simply does not attend a Dolly event without proper attire) and got compliments all night. Sizing is a little wonky too. Ordered a small and medium. The small didn’t even zip, the medium had to be tied super tight to stay up. But, again, WORTH IT! 

This dress runs SMALL in the ribcage. Like I couldn’t breathe all night and I still have marks lolz. But man was it worth the pain. Seriously felt amazing to dance in and play in. I love Selkie but they do run small in the ribcage. If I went up in size the top woulda been too big

Got for a “camp” wedding event and I’m in love with this dress!!!! But let me say, I did choose the medium as my first choice, however, the top ruffle would not lay flat in the medium. I ended up wearing my back up size small, and WOW I did not prepare for the irritation on my chest and upper arms from the elastic + fabric combo used in those areas. Otherwise - gorgeous dress. Everyone told me I looked like a fairy 🧚‍♀️✨🦋

I have never received more compliments in my life. The mother of the groom said I was the belle of the ball and multiple people stopped my fiancé to make sure he knew he needed to marry me ASAP 🤣 I would have bought this dress if given the option and I will be renting it again. A little snug in the ribs
