This is the perfect work dress - I just couldn't get a good picture because of the color. Very flattering, professional, and comfortable. Runs small - I'm a 4 and the 6 was perfect. 

This is very high-quality: the fabric, the cut, the style. Would rent again and highly recommend. It looks expensive and like there was care put into making it

I can't think of any cons.  I loved the way the bottom flared.

For like a glove, maybe could have gone up a size but it still worked.  Love the flowy sleeve and bottom.  I'll definitely be resting this one again.

Loved this. Such pretty detail, super flattering.

Only downside was that I really needed to squish my chest down. I had major puckering in front with a regular bra at first. 

I love this dress and am seriously considering buying it. It's fun and flirty with the ruffled sleeves and ruffled bottom but still looks professional. I have wide shoulders I'm comparison to the size of my waist and the 8 is surprisingly not tight across the back. And I can cinch in the waist a bit with the tie to make it fit me perfectly. Super happy with this pick!!

Are usually wear a 12 in dresses & 10 in pants. I had to pin The breast area due to Showing my bra. You could not tell that it was pinned. I ordered a 14. I wear a 36 DD 

This dress is very flattering to A-line figures. I ordered it a size large so it would be comfortable for travel and it was. I wore it for work, church and presentations and received many compliments. 

Such a beautiful dress that hits your curves in all the right places. I am 5'7" and it hit me at the perfect length. Highly recommend! 

Nice nursing friendly dress with beautiful flouncy flourishes. Hit me just above the knees. Glad I listened and sized up twice. The bust fit just right. 

Fit perfectly and was incredibly comfortable. I wore this for an election night party.

Tight around the bust. Material does not breathe. Although I live in a humid climate. Super cute and I did get many compliments. 

Sized up based on other reviews, and the dress fit ok. A bit thin, but overall, it's an ok work dress. 

I will start by saying that, due to being short-waisted, I had to size up AND wore spanx. However, it was worth it. It looked so polished and professional. I will definitely rent again. 

I'm usually between a 4 and 6... could not wear the 4 because it was pulling so much at the bust (I'm a 34D). Great quality but will order the 6 next time. 

I WANTED to love this dress, but it's all just not quite right. Maybe best for the women with less up top. I had to pin it closed, and even then it felt like I had a gaping hole unless I stood up perfectly straight. The top felt one size smaller than the bottom. The skirt is a lovely, unique shape. Maybe size up one to ensure it fits best. 

I wore this for an interview and got so many compliments. The tie waist makes it really flattering and it hits a little above the knee. Great work dress! 

This dress was a little small in the chest area (36DD) otherwise the dress fit very well. 

Rented for offsite client meeting! A little tight in the chest (especially for Shoshanna) so I probably won't rent again.

This isn't particularly forgiving, particularly with the "COVID 19" I'm on my way to gaining, but it's still pretty adorbs.  Cute for work or brunch with friends, which is a plus.

I'm curvy, and this fit fine in the shoulders and below the waist, but across the bust and stomach this was really gappy between the buttons. It took 3 large safety pins, but once it was pinned it was fine. I have short legs and this was even on the short side for me. Was work appropriate, but barely. The flare sleeves and skirt ruffle are very flattering. Maybe I'll rent again in an 18? 

It fit everywhere but the bust. Just didn't work on my shape.

Runs small - you can size up for a better fit - buttons on the front of the dress are very small which makes the dress not lay well when worn.

Hands down, one of the most flattering dresses I've ever placed on my body. The fabric is impeccable. The neckline is poised and perfect. The flare skirt is super flattering. If you can't tell, I was obsessed. 

Comfortable fit, loved the movement at the bottom. The dress was feminine but color kept it from being too girly for work.

The fit was really flattering and worked well for my broad shoulders. It may run a little large since I usually wear the next size up but it seemed somewhere true to size. 

This is probably the best dress I have ever rented.  I got so many compliments.  It was very flattering and easy to wear.  I might not be able to let this one go.  

I love this dress. Rented it for daytime event. It was very flattering with the tie waist. Not tight or too short, figure flattering for sure. Super comfortable and perfect for a cooler day and a conservative event. I would definitely wear it again.

Wore with tights to work and got so many compliments! Great details to dress up a navy dress. A little short for work but with the tights was very appropriate.
