Love this dress!!
I am 5'7" and 140 lbs. I am typically a 6 but after reading reviews ordered a 4R. It was perfect with about 2" heels. It would've been fine with flats as well, but if you are 5'7" and above and want to wear higher heels I'd probably go with the L.
