I've had difficulties renting in the past due to sizing (numerous times even the XS has been too big), but this dress fit perfectly. It was very flirty and fun, and I received endless compliments which is always nice:) The only downside that I would note is that, from the picture, I assumed I could wear a standard bra with straps (which, for me, is always a plus), but had to go with strapless because the back cuts into the center and would have shown the bra straps.

I am an petite/ XS girl through and through, So I was surprised that it was the size 8 that fit me the best around the waist area (I had also ordered a 6). However, because I am also very short, there was extra fabric around the shoulder and back area so I was unable to wear it. But if you have the proportions of a model, go for it!

I am 5'2"/ XS, and I ordered according to the sizing chart, and the dress was huge on me!! Even with platforms there was a few inches of fabric pooling around the bottom, and the top was not fitted at all. However, it is a gorgeous dress that can be dressed up or down, so if you rent it I would suggest going a size or 2 down and I'm sure it would look fabulous:)
