This dress was perfect for a formal fall wedding at a Catholic basilica. It was super comfortable–no fussing with sleeves, fit, length, etc. The fabric is thick, feels high quality, and gives the dress great structure. The hi-lo feature kept me cool on the dance floor all night long and made walking super easy. And, it has pockets!

This dress is gorgeous, but is tailored for very specific proportions. I typically wear a size 2/4, and ordered the 4 as a backup. It is fitted narrowly around the midsection, slightly wider through the hips, and narrowly again through the thigh before opening up at the slit. My curves did not fill the fit of this dress as it had been made, and it showed--bulging slightly in areas that I didn't fill it out, and appearing noticeably tight around the midsection and thighs. I was not able to bend any direction very far. On a woman with proportions to match this dress, it would surely be stunning!

This dress is beautiful. With the beaded details and the lining, it is a heavy gown--great for a formal indoor Christmas/winter event. The weight may have been what made it long on me--I am just between 5'5" and 5'6", and with 4.5" heels this size 2R gown reached all the way to the floor. The overall fit is true to size. It is form-fitting, but the fabric is stretchy so it did not feel uncomfortably tight anywhere. The dress was comfortable enough to stand, walk, and dance in for the five hours I was in it. (I did not sit at the event, but it was comfortable to sit in on the drive to and from the venue.) I wore a strapless bra so as not to interrupt the beautiful detailing on top. I would highly recommend this dress!
