I rented this dress in two sizes, S and M. I'm typically one of those (numerical size 4, 135 pounds, 5'4", 36B for reference) so I was hopeful. The M slid right up onto my body, but the zipper (which runs the ENTIRE back) would NOT close. No chance. And I'm not a big-chested gal by any means! So sadly, I had to return it and the L wasn't available for rental. It was pretty but a no-go for me, so for you ladies who are more generously endowed than me, beware!

This dress was even better in person! The color was a very pretty shade of blue that complemented my skin tone and the fit was perfect. I chose to pin the bodice just to ensure modesty as it was for prom (I was a chaperone) and so I didn't want to take any chances that it might show more than intended. Other than that, it was a gorgeous dress that I'd rent again for sure!

I can't say enough positive things about this dress! First of all, this was my first RTR experience, and it was awesome! I ordered the dress originally in black, in my usual size 4 (for reference, I am 5'4", 130 pounds, a 36B, with curvy hips). Based on reviews, I also order down a size as my backup size. And I had the option of a second dress, so I ordered the same style in cream. I received both earlier than expected and that was a good thing! The size 2 wouldn't even zip (side zipper) and the size 4 zipped but made breathing difficult - lol! I knew the style was what I wanted though, so I went back onto the site and ordered (at no extra charge!) the dress in black in a size 6 and as my second choice in hot pink. Those fit like a glove and the pink was the winner, according to my family! The only two slight cons: as other reviewers have stated, the front flips up a bit so you can see the rubber strip that holds it in place (I just kept adjusting it periodically) and the dress shows panty lines (going commando solves that!). Those were not deal breakers for me, and my experience with RTR was just amazing. Even returning them was a cinch! So 5 stars here for the dress AND the service!
