Small Fits Like An XL
This has never happened before with RTR but the size small was very loose which could be either L or XL. Very itchy material. Was not able to wear it at all.

The quality of the dress is just what I wanted. Not extravagant but exuded of elegance.
I wore a 4-in heel to make sure the hem wasn't dragging along but despite that, I still had to lift it a couple inches off the ground to not ruin it as I walked. Tight on the arms for me.
