Pretty dress but beware of big arm holes.
The arm holes of this dress are too deep, so the amount of skin showing is distracting. It's fine for the average person, but to be truly stylish, or to wear this for work -- the cut is too much. If you have fat in this area, it will squish out -- which is not a good look. I ordered this dress to wear on television, but I could not wear it because of this issue. Super slim girls should not have a problem.

Not a very exciting style and runs small. Plus, if you wear to work you have to wear a tank underneath. Too much work to get the ties right.

The dress was new when I got it.
The dress ran very large for me -- I'm a 6-8, and usually an 6 fits right while an 8 fits fine. This was HUGE. So if you are on the line when it comes to sizes, go down. The back of the dress made it a little too much for my job. Be it would be ok for a business casual-type even or even a dressier evening event , if you wear with jewelry.

Got lots of compliments on the dress.
The top "flaps" did not lay flat, and wrapping thing in a flattering way was a little difficult to figure out. It came wrapped a strange way, I didn't realize at first that I had to untie a knot in it to get it to work that way it was supposed to.
