The first time I rented, I didn't get a chance to wear it because the weather turned warm too quickly, but I came back for it in the fall, and it did not disappoint. It was so comfortable and warm (with the right tights). I got so many compliments that I purchased it. The only con is the waistband can get a bit stretched out, which is unfortunate because the fabric is pretty heavy. It has belt loops, but it doesn't come with a belt (huh??).
