I'm 5'5" and with 3 inch heels it was the perfect length for me. The fabric is thick and very forgiving and stretchy, size down if unsure. Flattering neckline. I wore it to my son's military ball so it was just the right blend of formal and conservative

I wore this dress at an outdoor wedding in TX, temp was around 100 degrees and it was perfect. Super thin but plenty of coverage, the open back and flowy bottom were perfect, I couldn't have chosen a better dress to rent for this event
