Loved for fun formal night on cruise!
This dress is a standout with its bold floral print and beautiful strappy shoulders. The arm pits are so tight though, wish the straps had been adjustable.

I'm 5'10 and it was perfect with heels, can't imagine a shorter person being able to wear this without tripping. Beautiful skirt!
