Cute bag for a waterside/beach wedding

Pretty but ITCHY
I rented for a wedding, but actually did not end up wearing this dress because the neckline was EXTREMELY itchy. I am a sensitive skin girlie so keep that in mind. But in trying on the dress, it left red marks all over me. This was just from the sheer overgrown portion, where the stitching was at the neck and near the armpits it was a very stiff and itchy hemline and I couldn’t imagine wearing it for hours. It looked great on, so I was sad to not wear it. Photo included for height and weight reference only.
