The fit was mostly great--of course, being short, I didn't expect it to be right below the knee like the model; it was tea-length and I wore one size smaller than my usual. I had compliments all night and stood out maybe too much for a wedding. Teen girls loved the string in the back, women loved the color and design. Cons were that it runs large and no pockets... but pros are that it is a pretty dress and will get you noticed :) I might rent this dress again if RTR eventually has petite sizes.

I didn't have any problems with the logistics/functions of the dress so that's a huge plus. I'm short so I only worried about the length of the dress; 4P was perfect because it touched the floor with heels and the train didn't get stepped on much either. I usually wear 4P for anything else so for me, it was true to size. I picked this dress to an evening cocktail wedding because it was 40 degrees outside and didn't want my legs to be cold nor did I want to stand out because I wore a long dress. I think I blended in just fine; the dress was classy and subtly cute. :)

It fits perfectly well for my body (petite and pear). Initially when I received it, it appeared like the zipper was broken because there were gaps in between the "zipped up" zipper but it was simply a stiff zipper that got stuck a few times while zipping up and down. Then the clasp was not completely intact to the dress so I simply clasped the loose hook despite its lack of functionality. Other than the zipper and the clasp of the dress, I enjoyed this dress a lot. Nobody could tell the zipper and the clasp were not working smoothly anyway! I wore it to a super religious wedding and did not feel like my dress was too showy or too short.

I usually wear size 4 and I was able to fit despite my gaining a bit of weight. Whew. After the dress is zipped up on the back, my boyfriend thought the bump was bothersome. It probably has to do with the fact that I am curvy in the back that the back did not fit me completely. Who knows. I also had to use fashion tape to tape up the inner lining up so that the lace is longer than the lining as I preferred. I wore a backless bra because I did not want to risk any malfunction. Overall, I did not regret getting this dress and I wish I could have kept it!
