Too small and bulky
I'm 5/4, 137, normally wear a 6 and the 6 didn't fit and the 8 barely zipped over my rib cage. Once the 8 was on, it was bulky around the middriff, gave a terrible shape and I didn't even try to wear it. The material is really heavy. I think you'd want to be busty and hour-glassy to give this dress shape.

Fit is easy, the back is a little long for me- 5'4 wearing 2 inch heels? This was my back up dress, and I was super pleased. It is a little matronly, but I decided call it elegant instead.

Beautiful dress and exactly what you would expect- glam, gold, sequins.
Very comfortable. I'm 5'4 and def needed heels to keep it off the ground (so it's long) I think the only downside is that these gold dresses are so popular that you'll run into 3 other people wearing the same thing! The back swoop is pretty, fine w/ a strapless bra.

Runs small, but you definitely feel sexy
Heavy fabric. Runs a size small in my opinion. This dress still made me look kind of poochy in the tummy, which I surprised since the fabric seems so supportive

super fun dress, very elegant
I wore this for a black tie wedding and felt amongst the best dressed of the night. I am 5'4 and 135, athletic build and I fit the 2, but the the 4 was more comfortable and let me eat dinner too. Lengths were very comparable. I love the pockets, the material is more matte (less shiny) than it looks in the photo, but still beautiful! It's great for dancing, very comfortable, easy to wear w/ a strapless bra and totally shows off your shoes too. Loved the dress, got tons of compliments.
