This dress was my back up and I'm glad that my first choice worked . . for two reasons: (1) the sleeves and chest were a bit tight on me and (2) every part of this dress was lined and I would have been way to hot for an outdoor wedding (temps in upper 70s)! I would recommend this dress if you know the venue is going to be chilly and you won't be dancing up a storm. On the positive side, the color and quality was beautiful. I loved that I could have worn it with or without a belt. (Another bonus . . my 3 year old loved that it was perfect for spinning! LOL)

As stated on numerous reviews, the dress does run a size big. The sleeves were perfect for me not tight and not lined (perfect for a fall wedding where the temps were 78 degrees!). The dress is straight but still hugged my curves enough so I didn't look boxy. I would recommend this dress a million times over!! (I included a second picture to show the true color out in the sunlight versus hotel room lighting.) I'd also like to point out what AMAZING service I had from RTR. This was my first rental so I chatted many times online to ensure I understood the process and got advice on jewelry. All of my friends were right . . . . RTR is a perfect option for formal events!

This necklace had a nice weight, didn't catch on the lace, and was GORGEOUS! The stones are almost translucent so it would work with so many dresses. I would love to keep it as it would be perfect with so many necklines.
