Can't adjust
Didn't realize the tie only adjusts the bottom. The rest of the straps are sewn in so the shoulder portion was too loose

Very country but so cute
For it to cowboy Carter. Loved it. Normally don't dress western so I layered it with sweaters to make it more usable for other events. Always works nicely!
