RTR recommended I size up to an 8. It was pretty big in the shoulders, but tight at the waist, bust, and hips. I probably could have sized down and worn it, but I didn't like it enough.

Very low cut, but easy to adjust. The neck clasp is kind of weird so I wore it with a tank under instead. VERY flattering, but definitely too short/low-cut for work. I wore it out to dinner. It was comfortable and great for eating :)
