Very pretty; runs small
My chest is not large and I couldn't even zip this all the way up (above my lower ribs) by myself! Also, contrary to what other reviewers said, it is really only for colder weather – I got very warm just trying it on. Another near dealbreaker was that it had many small loose threads and snags, presumably from past wearings. So, for a colder weather/Christmas-y event and if it had been in better condition, I would've loved it!

Heavy velvet material!
Maybe I missed this in the description, but this was a thick, heavy velour/velvety material that I would never have worn while it was still summer (which it was). I didn't even try it on.

Kinda cute; odd shape/style
In the end the dress I chose for this wedding didn't match this bag, but I don't think I would've taken it anyway, because it was a little scuffed with a small dark mark on one side and generally looked slightly dingy and used.

Beautiful dress; not for warm weather
As with another dress I ordered for this DC wedding in early September, it was too heavy. Also like that other dress, it had numerous snags and loose threads, so I didn't think I could wear it to this black tie event. Had it been new and for cooler weather, it would've been gorgeous.
