I wore this for my husband's office holiday party. Sexy, but not too slinky. This dress is beautiful, but very form fitting (so be prepared!) You do need a special bra due to the plunge in the back. I also wore spanx just to keep thing smooth on the lower half! The sleeves were a little long for me so I tucked them up and all was well. Felt like a movie star in this though... just loved the beading/sparkle; totally different and NOT black. Highly recommend! Btw... I got the S as my second size and it probably fit a bit better in the butt, but was a bit too big in the top so I wore the XS.

Wore this dress last night at a "holiday" office party. I got several compliments on it!! I am 5'4" and 112 lbs and wore the S which I'm glad I got. That was my backup size since I thought I might be able to fit into the P, but it would have been too tight. (for my comfort level anyway) The color of this dress is amazing and I'm so happy I got it and wore it. I was one of the few not in black!

I rented this for my office holiday party and it was beautfiul. I am 5'4" and 117 lbs and rented the 4 and 6 but wore the 4. It was actually a tad big through the hips which almost never happens to me so if you're slightly a pear, this is a perfect dress. The fabric and color were very nice and the length (just above the knee on me) kept this glamorous, but sophisticated enough (not too sexy) for a work event.

First time using RTR. Loved this dress BUT I will say I agree with the other reviewers about the fringe and beading. The fringe was "ok", not straight but wearable. The beading though was not good. Luckily I got 2 sizes and was basically able to fit into both. Because of that, I chose the one where the beading was in better shape. I would have been disappointed otherwise but since the one I wore was in better shape, I was happy. I will definitely use this site again but won't rent a dress w/ fringe or beading. RTR stylists - please take note and consider retiring dresses with beading sooner than others.
