My back up size was out of stock but I made it work in a 4. Dress is pretty true to size but definitely tight in the hip area. The back of the dress is beautiful and I did not wear a bra. I wore nude pumps and rented the BADGLEY MISCHKA JEWELRY Falling Leaf Earrings from RTR as well. Perfect dress to wear to a wedding!
