Very puffy in a great, fun way. Very warm. Can cinch at the waist.
It is true to size, but it's big, so I would size down just in case.

This dress is fantastic and is a total! Showstopper! It is stunning and very much a statement piece.
The fit ran very true to size. I have a very small bust and often shy away from wearing strapless gowns or dresses, but I had absolutely no problem with this dress.
