I was so fortunate, on impulse, I choose this dress as my second choice: it was a winner all around. It was so easy to wear and still so flattering. The fabric has a nice weight that lets the dress flow over curves; the one shoulder flatters collar bones and shoulders; the cape was distinctive without being overly dramatic. It was so fun to dance in. The regular was the perfect length for me standing at about 5'6" and in 3 1/2 inch heals. I would recommend it be worn with a strapless bra and Spanx, or even better, a one piece bra/slimmer foundation.

This is undeniably a very pretty dress, feminine and flowy, but it didn't work for me or for my event. My "typical" size, an 8, was uncomfortable in the waste, but a nice fit on my C+ bust; the 10 fit nicely at the waste but gapped in the bust (fashion tape is essential to feel comfortable in this dress). The length worked, with a 3 1/2 inch heel, in both the regular and long length on me; I am 5'5". It would be a lovely dress for a formal, daytime event, but was a little too bright for a ballroom setting.
