I was unable to wear this top. The middle clasp that allows you to show less cleavage is improperly placed and in order to tie it tight and not use the clasp there would need to be some stretch around the waist. It it excessively large. If your waist is 38" then get the small. Unfortunate as this is a very nice top in appearance.

If you are over a small C cup AVOID this dress. It's beautiful, but not forgiving. I'm almost 5'2", 112 lb , DD chest, and I felt like a stuffed sausage. It was a great looking dress, but you should be flat chested. Perfect for a 1920's theme event. I wore this for 1920's wedding, thank goodness it was a cold day in Florida and I could wear my fur.
