Overall this was a cute dress, but the fabric is much heavier than it appeared to be in the photos. I was going to wear this to an outdoor summer wedding in New York, and it would have been quite hot. Ultimately I decided not to wear it because it wasn't particularly flattering - given the thickness of the fabric the pleats are quite large. I've just had a baby and was thinking the pleats would provide some nice camouflage for the tummy area, but it actually accentuated that area in an unflattering way. Watch out for that if your tummy is your trouble spot.

The color of this dress is lovely and it was perfect for a slightly formal, conservative event - my goddaughter's christening. The modest neckline and length were appropriate for the event, but the color and flared skirt kept it fun.

This dress was extremely comfortable and easy to dance in - great for a wedding. The downside was that it created a bit of a "uniboob" / flattened the bust.
