Lovely Pop of Color + Photographs Beautifully
True to size, if not a little on the roomy side; very flattering! The only strange component was the tie-belt, which fits best tied around the waist but cinches the ruffles in a strange way. Tying the belt as a bow in the back looked like it was the intentional function but didn't look quiet right. Overall, a great dress that was perfect for a dinner cruise!

Lovely patterned tapestry dress from the late, great Kate Spade
First, the positives: This is a beautifully unique dress, which could easily be worn in the spring or the winter, if paired with black tights, even though the material is a bit heavier. The sparkle is just subtle enough to catch attention but it doesn't scream LOOK AT ME! It was the perfect choice for an awards ceremony at which I was presenting. The negatives: Despite the style notes indicating that it works for pear shapes, I'm not sure that's 100% true. I usually wear a 4-8 depending on the cut of a dress, and while the 8 was slightly more comfortable for my hips, the top was just way too big to wear. So, I doubled up on shape wear and went with the 6, which was still slightly baggy up top but passable. Because the material has almost no stretch, you can expect to be uncomfortable while sitting (if you're larger on the bottom than on top). Overall, I'd say this is a better fit for ladies with less curves or if you are more proportionate with your curves.

I wore this to MC an awards ceremony
This dress is an actual dream. I ordered the 42 and 44 and while the 44 gave me a bit more room, it was a little too long and the top half of the dress was a bit too big; the 42 fit like a glove! The material is perfect for ladies who have some curves, as it is super flattering even without Spanx. I was slightly worried that the ruffles would accentuate my hips too much, but they actually did quite the opposite. The material for the arms is much thinner and tighter, so I do recommend carefully stepping into it and pulling it up, rather than pulling it over your head. I did find it a challenge to wear a standard bra, as the cut out section and shoulders are cut to show a bit more of that area, but overall, you can make it work with most undergarments. Will be renting this one again for sure!

Great performance dress!
This is the second time that I've rented this dress, and this time I went with a size smaller, as it ran a little big/poofy in the waist. The first time I wore it for a party on a dinner cruise in April, and the second time I wore it to perform in early-March (which I paired with black tights). Absolutely lovely little number that I want to buy if I can find it anywhere!

Great color, versatile fabric for an October baptism.
This dress is so cute and the material makes it great for a fall event! Unfortunately, the material and lining have absolutely NO give. I am pear-shaped and usually wear a 4, 6, or 8 depending on the fit of the dress, but I couldn't even fit into the 10. If you need a little extra stretch in the hips/bum area, you may need to size up a lot or just move on to another dress. Wanted to love it! :/

Absolute Perfection!
I rented this gown for a small, intimate wedding in the city this summer. It fit perfectly, though, I likely could've gotten away with wearing a size 4 instead of the 6, as it was the slightest bit loose on top. While the fabric was heavy, it was super easy to walk in (thanks to the unnoticeable slit in the front that hits right around the knee), and I was able to wear a small, 2 inch heel without it dragging on the ground. The biggest plus for function is, of course, POCKETS! Nothing beats being able to keep your cellphone, chapstick, and lipgloss hidden in this red-carpet-worthy gown! I felt like a movie star, with compliments from tons of folks throughout the night. Just a word to the wise, as I found out the hard way; if you're wearing this for a summer event, be sure there will be air conditioning close by! It's likely more appropriate for a cooler weather event, but I don't regret wearing it one bit!

Lovely "wrist candy!"
I wore this as a little extra something while traveling this summer; when you're flying, sometimes you need a little "fancy" to smile at mid-way through a long flight. Easily goes from day to night!

Chic & Sassy!
I wore this to a rehearsal dinner for a friend's wedding; paired with a black silk ruffle tank and black skinny jeans, it made for the perfect accessory to take my outfit from "date night" to something a little extra special. I couldn't help myself and bought it from Kendra Scott after retuning it to RTR!

This ring was gorgeous for some "hand candy!" The adjustable feature on the band allows you to wear it on any finger regardless of your ring size. Love it!

I wore this lovely dress for a family wedding, held in early-July.
Since this was my first RTR experience, I was heavily relying on the reviews of other gals to select the perfect dress for a family wedding this summer. After seeing many pictures of ladies looking absolutely gorgeous in it, regardless of body type, I pulled the trigger and ordered both a size 6 and a size 4. About a day prior to my dress arriving, I received an email from RTR saying that the size 4 couldn't be shipped due to unforeseen circumstances, but they had shipped another style in that size so that I could compare. I was secretly hoping that the size 6 would be perfect, but was so glad to have another option just in case! When the dresses arrived, I first tried on the size 6 Erin Fetherston and it fit like a glove! The slip size was an 8, which fit terrifically, and the dress draped perfectly over my frame. I consider my shape to be a true pear, so I was more than thrilled that there was absolutely no snugness in the hips; the dress literally floated away from my hips like it was tailored just for me. The waist was also true to size, and with a padded bra, I was able to fill out the top of the dress nicely without much extra fabric around the neckline. Overall, I think the size 4 would've probably also fit, but it may not have been as comfortable (other ladies reviewed the material as being irritating under the arms, though I didn't experience that in the size 6). The material is absolutely beautiful; I thought it might be heavy in the summer heat, but I was able to dance the night away with no problems! You'll likely read this about many other dresses reviewed (especially this one!), but I received so many compliments from strangers and friends alike! Probably the most compliments that I got on a dress other than my wedding day. It stands apart from the rest and you will feel like a million bucks!
