It was a bit long for me. It fit a bit oddly in the shoulder area. This dress is probably better on someone that has an average to long torso. On me it looked a bit frumpy.

It fit well. Stretchy fabric so I probably could have worn a size smaller. It was about 4 fingers above my knee. I wore a black camisole underneath to make it a little more modest. I have a short torso, very small rib cage and big busted. The cutout on the side didn't land exactly under my breast (glad I had the cami on). I had to pull it down occasionally otherwise I found it at the bottom curve of my breast. Not sure if the smaller size would have fit a little more snug so it wouldn't have done that? I am also a 32DD so that may have changed where the cutout lays. I had plenty of space with the size 4.The size 2 probably would have fit perfect since there is a little stretch to the fabric. Loved the dress! I got lots of compliments on it. It was also very comfortable.
