Set your expectations very low if you are signing up for a membership.
I am so disappointed in RTR. Love the concept. BUT, it doesn't really matter if the concept is great if nothing is ever available in the size that one needs. I had attempted to rent at least 20 items and none of them were available in my size and most were not available in any size at all. I chose some items to rent so I didn't lose my money, since RTR would not refund me, but nothing I was excited about. If you are joining for a special occasion, look elsewhere! You will spend so much time trying to find something that it is honestly not even worth it.
