Reconsider your relationship with orange
The material is perfect. Think, fancy, sexy sweater dress. I would normally never wear this color but something about the shade hits just right even on very fair skin.

The dress was exactly what I was hoping it would look/feel like. Other reviews were helpful.
This was my first rental, and I was very happy with it. Only flaw was a little bit of damage to the bead work around the collar. Otherwise a fantastic choice for anyone who wants to eat and breath or maybe even slouch a little, while looking fantastic. The fabric was nice and light for an outdoor wedding in the south, in the middle of July. I am 5, 8" and I wore the taller size with 1.5 inch heels. The skirt actually came down to my toes HOORAY!!!! Loved being able to wear my usual strapless bra, I don't know how you nip tape gals do it honestly.
