Great movement
It's definitely low-cut as others have mentioned. Vibrant color and a great swing in the skirt make up for it!

Great color and texture but no give in the material
Dress was adorable but the material had no stretch, making zipping it up in the back impossible while I had it on. Next size up would have been too big in all the other places. Had to return without wearing it.
