This is really flattering fun work option. Wore with dark jeans. Open back is flirty but still work appropriate. Sleeves are flowy. Pattern is fun. A little tight in the bust (36DD) but works. Would definitely rent again.

Tight in chest loose everywhere else. I sized up but this is best for smaller chested ladies.
I was excited to find this in RTR bc I had tried on the 8 in a boutique. I sized up to have more room in the chest (34DD) but it was still tight then too loose overall. The fabric and quality are great but it's just not for busty ladies.
