I actually own these in another color. Absolutely love them, lots of compliments, could wear for work but really more of an evening/weekend vibe.

The sleeves are scrunched up in a weird way... I think because the fabric is soft, it just looks too casual. Probably ok for a weekend look, but not very professional or structured. Looked sloppy to me.

Great little red dress
This was perfect minus a little gaping around the arms in front. I wore a blazer with the dress so that minor imperfection was hidden. I am keeping it for another wear or two, would definitely rent again if I don't purchase it. Great piece, could wear for an evening event as well.
