This has a stretchy waist and, as one other reviewer said, is made of a sweatshirt material, but is definitely not cheap-feeling. Great with knee-high boots, booties, and sweaters. With a good sweater and boots, can be considered business casual. Great skirt!

These are the coolest pants I have ever worn and I am saving my coins to buy them, definitely. The pictures shown don't reveal the neatest thing about these pants, which is that they slit to reveal your shins when you walk or sit. Standing still, they are just as pictured. Prepare to look *sharp* wearing these. I love them because they can be dressed up or down with various tops/sweaters, and they invite you to have fun with your shoes and tights.
